Overall, the hotel was okay — some good points, but a few things really let it down. Breakfast was nice enough, with limited options but still decent. The room itself was clean, bright, and felt spacious, which we really appreciated. However, avoid rooms on the south side. They face a pizza place and a nightclub that play loud music until around 2am, and it made sleeping impossible. We eventually had to ask to be moved because the noise was such a problem. The staff were polite but not particularly helpful. We ended up losing almost two hours of our holiday moving all our belongings to another apartment, and no one offered to help with luggage. What made it worse was that when we mentioned the noise — without even saying our room number — the staff immediately said, “Ah, you’re in 405 or 406?” Clearly this is an ongoing issue they already know about. We also asked if we could come back later to move our things as we were meeting family on the beach, but were told no — if we wanted to switch rooms, it had to be done immediately. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the noise problem and lack of support from staff really affected our stay.

We know this hotel for years. And every stay we enjoy totally.

We loved this property! It far exceeded our expectations. My only feedback is the beds are very firm, were we prefer a softer mattress. Everything else was amazing.

We are regular visitors of the Union Lido Camp Site and often stop at hotel for couple of extra days. Room is clean even though bathroom feels dated, staffs are always friendly even though this year was especially difficult trying to serve breakfast from buffet layout.

We liked the fact there was so much on offer for children and adults

We love this hotel as it have access to the camping park with private beach, swimming pools and many restaurants. The rooms are super clean and the breakfast is just amazing. We struggled to book room every year, would love to keep it a secret.

The hotel itself was very clean and the decor was bright and sunny. The room was excellent and the bed was comfortable. All the staff, from the reception manager to people we met walking through the hotel grounds, were polite and cheerful. The help we received (after a problem with our hire car) was beyond what could be expected. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Union Lido to all and sundry.

Fantastic cleanliness and reception service and breakfast bar service. Hotel restaurant service could improve.

Following a few weeks on the campsite, there is no better way to finish a stay in Italy!

Wir fahren seit 2004 immer wieder in den Union Lido, erst mit kleinen Kindern auf den Campingplatz, seit einiger Zeit ins Hotel. Das Personal - von der Rezeption über die Reinigungskräfte bis zu den Beschäftigten im Restaurant - ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insb. Andrea an der Rezeption findet in aller Ruhe auch bei etwas schwierigen Situationen eine gute Lösung. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und lecker. Schöne Poolanlage mit Bar; es wäre perfekt, wenn der Pool früher öffnete, so dass man vor dem Frühstück schwimmen gehen könnte. Man kann alle Einrichtungungen des Union Lido und den Strand nutzen und das auch am Abreisetag. Ein guter Ort für einen perfekten, entspannten Urlaub in schöner Atmosphäre.

Das Frühstück ist überdurchschnittlich gut. Zimmer total in Ordnung, schönes Badezimmer, vorallem alles sehr sauber. Sehr gut für Radfahrer, denn ein Bikebox mit Steckdosen und Montageständer ist auch vorhanden. Stehts freundliches Personal. Wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder! Liebe Grüße und vielen Dank.
