Beautiful historic hotel and in a very central location. The location of this hotel is amazing, just walk out the door and there are lots of things in walking distance. Parking is a pain, though it seems for any of these super centralized hotels parking would be a pain for all of them. The room was large which was wonderful for our family of 4.

If you are looking for a modern high tech hotel then this is not for you. If you are looking for a beautiful well maintained historic building in the heart of a beautiful town then this is your place. The hotel and the room were both clean with an amazing view from the window and the breakfast was fantastic. Hassle free WIFI, friendly staff. Only issues I had were minor, the bed was two matresses pushed together and became a bit of a pain and when coming back late we had to wait around for someone to be at the desk to get our room key but other than that, great hotel, and would stay again and again...

Good breakfast. Beautiful rooms. Water only lukewarm. Was nervous about the old lift but my partner thought it was great.

Nice hotel central’s located and easy to reach the tourist centre on foot. The breakfast was very nice and the rooms clean and with a traditional feel.

Got a big room with view of Heluan. Building old with charm. The mattresses in beds is time to change for new more comfy ones. Staff friendly, breakfast ok. For water boiler in room was missing coffe, there were only tea.

The hotel staff is super nice and very helpful. They do their best to accommodate. The facility itself is somewhat outdated but very clean and has good energy and is comfortable.

a brief stay for two days whch would have been great to extend. Wonderful location and lots to see and plenty of places to eat and drink to suit all budgets. Beatiful buildings and views with lots of walking areas nearby, with two funicular railways and terrific spa facilities, again to suit all budgets.

Only stayed one night but we were well looked after by friendly staff.

I loved everything about this hotel except parking, which was about 0.2 miles away at a different hotel,and the mattress which I imagining would only be envied by prisoners.

Hotel Heluan's location is as good as it gets, right smack in the middle of the shopping / touristy area so you don't have to walk more than 10-15 minutes in either direction. Parking was 200 czd and the attendant actually helped us drive our car to the lot! This was extremely helpful because the lot was up a hill where construction was at the time and we were worried about our skill level driving a manual and dealing with all that! Our room was very big and the crown molding was some of the most beautiful I've never seen. Beautiful antique furniture as well. The beds were small but that's pretty typical of Europe. I thought they could have done a better job of providing toiletries (the lotion was in a plastic packet) but overall a very small complaint. Overall a perfect launching pad for our one night exploring the town!

Awesome location, right in the middle of everything. Excellent breakfast, lots of choices. Very good friendly service. The hotel doesn't have AC, so it can be a little hot in the room if the temperature goes above 30º C. I would stay there again.

Fine establishment in a great location. Room was spacious for European standards. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was nice. This hotel is a bargain for the price and location, location, location made it exactly what we needed.

This is a great hotel to stay. It's conveniently located with friendly staff. We had to check out very early (5:30 AM), we were given a breakfast to go. We had no umbrella, they can borrow one for you. The room was spacious and very clean. I will stay there again for sure!

I loved this hotel. Its location is great. The room was spacious with a nice view. The staff at reception was so nice and the breakfast was very nice. The room had beautiful, old world character but comfort of modern hotel. I would highly recommend it.

Got there to find the credit card machine was broken and they would only take cash, and couldn't check us in before 2pm (it was 1pm when we arrived). However, those were the only down points. The room was fantastic - absolutely huge, with a separate small bedroom (only net curtains, though). Breakfast was a tasty buffet. Staff were super-friendly, despite my absolute lack of Czech. Gorgeous hotel and a fantastic location, right in the centre of town.
