I only picked this hotel because it was the only one available on a holiday weekend, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was definitely like walking into old world elegance. I kind of wish I had been able to stay longer, but I'll know about it next time. Every detail looked attended to and the grounds were gorgeous! I showed up quite late and the gentleman at the front desk greeted me by name since I was the last one to show up. Very nice.

This is a charming hotel with an excellent staff! The courtyard is lovely and the on site restaurant was delicious. There are other fine dining places nearby as well.

Pretty nice hotel in a safe area with easy access to public transportation. Staff was very helpful. Kudos to Carlos the Venezuelan front desk guy - very kind!!

This was outside the city center so it was relaxing while still being a quick 10-ish minute walk to the metro to get to anywhere in Madrid. The staff were very friendly and even got a taxi ready for us for our departure. Would recommend and stay again.

Advertised as 4 star but feels like 3 star. Dated furniture/tv. Nice area with a few restaurant options nearby. Great staff. Clean but small rooms. Didn't see resuaurant/bar or have iron in room. Suggest other option.

A/C was not working. If the owner decides to host a party in the hotel and close their well publicized restaurant, they should inform guests in advance.

Fantastic place to enjoy Madrid

The hotel is very comfortable, we had a great stay. The best was definitely the restaurant, we will return here to eat even if not staying at the hotel. The staff was very tentative. Totally recommend!

Nice clean hotel centrally located. Traveling to USA from Spain after being here since January. The staff were very friendly and accommodated my request. I will return here next time in Madrid and stay longer.

Incredibly comfortable room and bed. Very quiet neighborhood. Good breakfast and amazing dinner in restaurant- expensive but well worth it!

Very pleasant stay. Staff is kind and always on top of things. Place is beautiful, clean, high quality interiors, quite atmosphere. Classic and charming.

You feel they take care of the customers. It is not a new hotel but it is kept in very good conditions. Value for money is excellent.
