Extremely well maintained hotel, sparkly clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms. Wonderful breakfast included in price is a bonus. The property was very well appointed, but the biggest selling point of the hotel was its fantastic guest services. The restaurant attached to the hotel is amazing, I recommend the Fregola di Sarda.

The hotel is not your large commercial sized hotel which makes it quiet and peaceful when on the grounds. The staff are very friendly and able to assist with any questions. They speak English very well. Hotel is clean and our room had a balcony. The breakfast was continental although boiled eggs were available everyday. I would recommend this hotel. It’s near a beautiful beach and also near La Bitta ristorante which serves amazing food overlooking the beach. Reservation is a must there. The only negative is, there is no pool at the hotel but to be honest Tortoli is a paradise so you really want to be spending your time on the beach!

Loved this place for its calmness, quiet location and proximity to a beach. Staff were friendly and welcomed us with a tea and coffee. Nice room, large bed, (2 singles together) and super, relatively quiet air con. Separate settee bed if needed, all TV on wall. Small shower though, no mini fridge and walls a little thin but neighbours not noisy. Beach ok, sandy but had woodchip in the water and nearby stagnant water giving off bad egg smell. Lovely restaurant just up the hill, not much else around though so car needed, and roads were a little windy to the hotel. Town not a lot to offer but there was a market on the Friday evening. WiFi not available in the rooms, only reception area, which was a pain as we use it to explore what's around. Continental breakfast was good, nice selection of cold food.

The hotel is located between Tortoli and Arbatax. Good restaurants close by. Elisabetta was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

My wife and I got the best room by far, in our whole stay in Italy. Service was very good, receptionist spoke not only english but also german. A good buffet breakfast was included.The beach is at 2 miles distance. The room was at least 400 sq. ft, had a love seat and additionally a balcony with 2 deck chairs

Perfect hotel, very spacious and modern rooms with all the amenities and super decoration. Only little negative is the wifi which is uneven.

Good hotel, located just on the edge of town. Rooms spacious and well equipped. Large bathrooms with good shower. Restaurant attached to the hotel is good, but service was quite slow. Short walk into town and harbour, however at night the roads can be quite hazardous as there are no pavements. Less attractive beaches a 15 minute walk away, but still lovely. Stunning beaches a 20 minute drive away. Good base for exploring the area. Free parking.

Lovely hotel, everything as it advertised! Great location, quiet area, close to everything you should need. Our room was lovely and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great and the attached restaurant has great well priced food with lovely staff. No hidden extras and we had a lovely stay.

Really nice place to stay...close to porto arbatax from where you can take the boat at 9pm to cala mariolu which is amazing and cala luna...delicios breakfast and nice service...great

Loved this hotel. Was a little themed but I really liked it. Rooms were well furnished and very clean. Had English TV channels, which a lot of Sardinian hotels don't have! The staff were really helpful and friendly, especially the male receptionist who is willing to go out of his way to help (sorry but can't remember your name). The adjoining restaurant is fair priced and serves good food. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and freindly helpful staff. We will be going back next year.
