Nhân viên thân thiện, phòng tôi thuê rộng rãi sạch sẽ . Nếu có thể thì khách sạn tách phần ăn sáng ra khỏi phí tiền thuê phòng vì gia đình tôi muốn thưởng thức các món ăn khác của Hn nhưng khách sạn ngày nào cũng chỉ ăn giống nhau. Tách phần ăn sáng ra với tiền phòng thì ok hơn

The hotel is close to the old town, near famous local restaurants. The reception was cheerful and enthusiastic, the breakfast was well-seasoned, only there were a few dishes and the breakfast space was a bit small. The rooms are ok and clean, with enough basic amenities such as a brush, dryer, electric kettle, mineral water tea, and bath soap. Price and service are commensurate with each other

The hotel room is clean, centrally located, there is staff to help carry luggage, and assist with luggage storage after check-out.

Room with 1 bed 1.6x2m, breakfast is quite good. Hotel in the old town convenient to go sightseeing. Closed room should have an unpleasant smell, must use a fan.

The hotel is clean and located right at the most famous noodle shop in Hanoi. However, the wifi is very weak and can't be used, the hot water flows strongly but the skin peeling cannot be adjusted, the cold water drips very weakly. Breakfast buffet is good but not varied

the air conditioner does not cool; although equipped with 2 additional fans

The hotel's location is very convenient for exploring the old town, Hoan Kiem Lake, and the weekend walking street. Bat Dan Street has many delicious restaurants, including a Michelin Guide restaurant. The hotel is clean, with polite and attentive staff.

Room 103 has a very strong smell of moisture right in the dining room. The hotel room has a lot of gecko shit on the ground, probably because the room is damp, so it attracts insects.

The hotel room is very neat and clean. The hotel owner is very cute and enthusiastic with guests! 🥰

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area. The room is clean, but the soundproofing doesn't seem to be good, talking outside is loud enough to hear clearly. Staff are enthusiastic to advise and guide, there is a convenient luggage storage room. Breakfast is simple, neat, delicious, just enough to start the day.

I checked in very late around 2am, the staff welcomed me happily. The room was clean and quiet.
