This hotel is no where close to a 4 star property! No kettle in the room for tea, when I asked the reception they said I can order tea from room service. Upon check in I asked the receptionist if breakfast was included in our stay and she said yes, during checkout we were told it wasn’t and that we had to pay extra for it. After checking in, we went to our room which was filled with flies, even few dead on the floor. I asked the receptionist if this could be sorted and they sent room cleaning with a fly killing spray. I would never recommend this place.

The views are amazing. It's so peaceful. Breakfast was great. We asked for additional information and they had it ready for us in no time. I'm a coffee in the morning person and a cup of cappuccino for perfection. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly. Lady at service desk was helpfulfull and spoke English.

We traveled through Europe for two to three months every year. So, we have made it a habit to choose different hotels to have different experiences.we choose our hotels by our own feelings. This place looked beautiful from the outside and a beautiful interior presentation. To sadly find out that the hotel customer service did not match its beauty. Front desk reception was difficult and challenging with very unhappy faces. Breakfast staff was unfriendly and could not get a welcome smile from them. Dinner staff was just as unfriendly. I might say to be fair the housekeepers were very nice and helpful.probably to fair the staff is overworked at the same time if they want to be in the hospitality business they want to trained the staff to be friendly.

Letizia on reception was excellent as was Salvatore in the restaurant both delivering an outstanding customer experience, the hotel though sprawling is excellent lots of lifts and a few stairs to navigate but outstanding Thanks we will be back

This is a modern and serine location set against the backdrop of a beautiful hilltop village. The rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent. If you want spa services you should make sure to book well in advance.

Recommended. Lovely hotel - beautiful view to local hilltop village. Nice high end restaurant. Great 25m swimming pool - is shared with child lessons - we asked nicely and got our own lane most of the time. Area has lots of proper old Italy to explore and discover.

Great property and very courteous and helpful staff. The Maior restaurant had the best food. We have been in Italy for 10 Days and had our best pasta dish here. Great selection for breakfast. The location is outstanding with a view of the City center of Picerno. Wish we could have stayed there for a couple more days! Definitely will be revisiting this resort in the future.

Room was spacious, nice shower. Lack of surfaces to store toiletries

The hotel itself was very nice. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable. We were a little bit confused about some staff of the hotel. They treated us differently than other hotel guests. we felt overlooked and unwanted.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect natural setting. Wonderful staff and excellent meals. We had a wonderful dinner and excellent breakfast with great and friendly staff. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, everything is perfect, incredible design , huge rooms and bathroom, terrasse. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast and dinner were great . Waiter at the restaurant is truly professional and simply GREAT!!!

Really enjoyed my stay, layout of the hotel is very strange, as it’s on many different levels. Rooms are large, comfy and modern. Breakfast is ok, more suited to the continental traveller, lots of cake etc....

The resort was nestled in the hills of Italy which would've been OK except for road construction enroute. The reception and our room was amazing. We were the only guests for dinner that evening in the dining room, but had great service and the food was exceptional. Apparently they are a big wedding venue. Breakfast was weak and we had to request cheese and meat because there were so few items on their buffet. Oh well, they almost got it right.

Complicated access to our room - two lifts and many corridors, no gps :). Architects are not very practical people. Cold fried eggs at breakfast. Otherwise everything was great.

Stuffs were very kind especially even we were late for breakfast hours, they still wait and let us ate.

This hotel is a must to stay every single thing in this place is 11 out of 10 room resturant evening and breakfast fantastic, the position as far as the view wonderfull don't miss a stay.
