Staff very very helpful and friendly

Breakfast was self service and basic options. The Resturant and bar service was very good. We found the road really noisy. Lots of British motorbikers. The pool was nice, chilly but refreshing. Not much information available about what to do in the local area. Double bed was two singles pushed together, so not what was advertised.

The stay at hotel was just perfect for our motorbike tour of the Picos Mountains. Hotel facilities are excellent and even has underground parking for bikes Would definitely stay at Infantado again

I would like to leave more stars, however the staff would not put the air conditioning on despite a national heatwave. I asked for it to be switched on multiple times, but they only left it on for short bursts. The lift also broke down so getting to the top floor with no aircon in temps above 30°C was not great.

Booked by mistake. This hotel is not in town. Popular with motorcyclists off the ferry so a bit like a Brit budget hotel. Dining was fully booked but in hindsight probably a good thing. We walked to a nearby traditional Spanish diner. Breakfast was a good self service event.

The hotel has a pool which is great for hot days. There is also a restaurant and it is close to other things in the town.

Fantastic family run hotel just outside of Potes. The rooms were very clean, the staff friendly and the location was ideal for exploring the Picos region. It's no wonder that so many people recommend it. We had four nights there and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

this hotel is perfect if you want to explore the area. It is ideally located, has ample parking and is easily accessible. its a short walk into Potes but also not to difficult a drive into amny of the other, less busy, villages. Tje hotel grounds are well kept, the pool looked inviting and the restaurant food good.

The hotel is in a great position for exploring the Picos de Europa and has a great family feel to it. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The facilities are good and the pool is lovely. We had some good food here, both for lunch in the bar and in the restaurant. When there was an issue with the hot water, this was looked into and a plumber called to resolve the problem by the end of the day. The rooms are a little small and basic but are comfortable. I would recommend asking for. room a the rear of the hotel as there would be less noise from the road. It's a mile to walk into Potes where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our 3 day stay.
