I received an email to say that I gad to contact thevhotel 24 hours before arrival if I was arriving after 2pm, even though check in time was 2pm onwards. I phoned the hotel and they said it was no.problem as reception was manned til 11pm. Not sure why I received the email and had to make an unneccessary call? The location was fantastic and bed very comfortable

Clean and comfortable property but very busy street meant on-street parking is almost impossible, meaning having to use the hotels secure parking for an extra €10, so factor that into your costings.

Did not like no breakfast. Caused us a big problem to get breakfast elsewhere.

Clean and comfortable, best room air conditioning I have come across on my trip. The staff at the 24hr reception were really helpful and upbeat. I stayed in a single room and it was more space than i expected, ideal for a solo traveller. Quiet area and convenient to a local supermarket, plus not far to walk to the river.

The hotel personnel is friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. However. At times, I was able to hear the noises coming from people leaving the elevator.

They had a wash and fold service which was same price as laundromat. Front desk spoke English and a very nice breakfast for €5. Great place!

Modern hotel.good price. A bit far from centre. The area is ok but only a couple of bars. Parking could be tricky. The shower was lovely. The hotel was a bit noisy. No 24 hour reception.

Staff were very friendly, especially the senhora doing housekeeping and reception. I stayed a night in a single room and it was very clean and quite spacious. However, this place is a bit far away from city centre(where the Cathedral is) and the nearest supermarket is around 300 metres, ATM is 600 metres away. Well, if you're travelling Spain via train, this hotel is close to the plaza espanha, so away from downtown won't be a problem.

1 night stay in a twin room. Spacious room with view in which you can see cathedral. The hotel had wi-fi but wasnt too reliable it cut off sometimes. The room and hotel was clean and comfortable and also had free parking out the front of the hotel but spaces are limited around the neighbourhood.

It was a wonderful option to stay a night in the way to Madrid. The staff very friendly and help us with directions to a restaurant. We arrive at 9 pm and very tired. They have a parking service for a reasonable price.

We stayed for 1 night whilst travelling from Malaga to Cherbourg on January 22nd after a long drive it was great to be welcomed by the lovely man on reception even though we didn't arrive until after 10pm he offered me a welcomed cup of tea and let us park our GB reg car in the secure enclosed car park beside the hotel Hotel owner please give him a pay rise he is brilliant !! lovely hotel with spotless rooms ideal for a stay to break a journey we hope to return soon .

Helpful, friendly staff, comfortable room and only a ten minute walk into the heart of town. Enjoyed our stay here.

Cercano a la salida de Burgos

Aucune personne à l'arrivée pour l'accueil juste un interphone avec des personnes qui vous raccroche au "nez". Une demi heure pour enfin accéder à notre chambre après les avoirs "supplier"". VRAIMENT LAMENTABLE.

El baño tenia el retrete junto a la bañara y prácticamente no podías usarlo con comodidad. La ventana tenia una imagen horrible pegada. Los de recepción debían tener un mal día, ni una sonrisa.

Même si vous sommes restés peu de temps, tout ce qui était prévu était prêt ! Nuit calme avec vue piscine et ville, literie impeccable. Place de stationnement à réserver, sinon pas facile de se garer. Pas loin du centre même si on a pris la voiture. Petit déjeuner sympa
