The one downside was that the WiFi network was very poor and always dropping. Otherwise, well situated and on-site parking at a very reasonable price.

Very close to the main railway station. There are many dining options nearby. Easy accessibility to U-Bahn and tram lines is also available.

My family enjoyed staying at this apartment hotel on a one-week family visit in Vienna. We used to stay at a hotel on the other side of Mariahilfer Straße, across the street from the McDonalds. That hotel was already fully booked so we look for alternatives and found this Hotel. The room we had was huge, maybe 60 sqm with a kitchen and bathroom separating two bedrooms. The place is not fancy or anything but clean and generally pleasant to stay at. There is no AC. And no gym. This keeps the rates low, it seems. Would recommend for an extended stay.

There was no air conditioner in the room and it was physically uncomfortable to sleep and be in the room.

Lovely large apartment with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. Very quiet. Secure car park for 15 euro/night. Good tram service outside. Great location, good public transport to city centre.

Unfortunately one of our beds broke a slat, and we told the reception about it- and they didn’t fix it! So for two nights we had to sleep with the mattress on the floor. Honestly, I would have given them 5 stars apart from this, but not having a functional bed is a pretty big problem. And they didn’t even communicate about it - they just never fixed it. Good location, clean and convenient, otherwise.

Easy checkin, and very spacious room, perfect for our family. Two tvs and the kitchenette was perfect. Easy walk from Westbah Hof.

There is some construction on the street so you have to be aware of that. Outside of that everything and I mean, everything was outstanding.

To be clear, we had a great stay and this is a good location (near the Westbahnhof). My only issue at all was that the hard floors and the location (on a busy street) made for a noisy environment. The location can't be helped. Some different flooring might dampen the noise somewhat.

easy access and comfortable

Great and spacious apartment for one or two people. It is conveniently located close to Westbanhof train stration. Everything was good and clean. Check in was super fast and at 11AM! Finally a place to check in at a decent hour. On the down side, it has NO A/C. At least the unit i had. Would come back anyway.

I really really liked my room. However, I had gotten in the night before the U.S. travel ban went into effect and even though I was booked to stay 3 nights, I only stayed one night. The staff was not understanding at all as I had to leave after one night to get back home ASAP. They charged me the full stay. I felt this way entirely unfair as all the other hotels and airlines were working with people to provide refunds, etc. But whatever. If I go back to Vienna, I will stay somewhere else.

Convenient location. Breakfast is great and worth it compared to its neighboring restaurants. There are 3 supermarkets, walking distance, to get supplies. There's a safe in the room but no iron.
