Nice hotel, very clean and well located. Good AC, well insulated windows from outside noise, nice size balcony. Fantastic breakfast with excellent choices (avoid coffee machine and get a nice coffee from the breakfast coffee bar instead). Swimming pool was nice for a morning swim. For the triple room, the single bed could be a bit bigger, and door closing system could be softer.

Excellent staff, facilities and location. They offer a very generous breakfast buffet.

Great choice for our family trip. It was short but very sweet. The room is very clean and nice and the staff hotel go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Plus the location is unbeatable. I will be back for longer.

Absolutely amazing stay. Brilliant staff who ensured our needs were catered for. Lots of information on area offered. Pool beautiful and less than a ten minute walk to Lake Garda.

Terrific family holiday! Located just a few meters from the lakefront, this lovely hotel is a good choice for you nature and bike lovers. Breakfast was excellent and rich. Rooms are quite big and clean. Recommended!

It was an amazing experience. The place is really beautiful. About the hotel, the room is cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast is perfect.

I was surprised the hotel was a four star hotel, was disappointed with it overall. The staff I have no concerns with. Polite, friendly and helpful. The location was great. The pool was quite small, but if a nice day the lake is very close by! The rooms was quite easy to What made me sadly dislike the hotel was the breakfast and the bed + pillows. The breakfast was very bland, and I'm not a picky eater but found it hard to find anything I liked. The cappuccino which they offered was the worst I had during the holidays. The bed was rock hard, you could feel the springs and the pillows were very hard too. Had backpain after staying there. I would not stay here again.

We only got to stay one night. The room was nice but right across from elevator so noisy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A very nice hotel located in one of the smaller towns in the Northern tip of Lake Garda. Great modern facilities and extra toiletries, slippers and tea and coffee in the rooms. We got an upgrade with a slighter bigger room on arrival. A decent breakfast but would be better with more hot options. Excellent restaurants nearby and a co op round the corner. Close to ferry port and off the main road easy to reach. Very helpful staff who took their time to help with options of where to find things.

Always enjoy my stay at this hotel. Great location for mountain biking, or simply taking in the Lake itself. Surrounded by Bike hire shops and some really cool bars.

Excellent location, breakfast and good size balcony and bathroom in our junior suite. Aircon not very effective

This hotel is in a perfect location and great value especially for families and or bikers. We were lucky enough to stay on the 3rd floor (rooms 400 and above) and it provided a really lovely view of the mountains and town from the balcony.

A basic hotel in the perfect location. I'd say a solid 3 star myself but can't fault the hotel really. Staff were really friendly and there was free parking. I wouldn't suggest eating dinner there though as a bit pricey and not very nice. Apart from that I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a hotel as a base to explore the surrounding area

Nice city and good location for visit in riva del garda and all area.

We had a fantastic break of a few days at this hotel. The reception greeting was very welcoming, room upgrade and as much help as they could offer. Parking a wifi included.... for what we paid excellent value for money.

Good value for money, breakfast buffet is plentiful!
