Pleasant stay! Great for overnight stays

The staff spoke English and did everything they could to help me have an enjoyable stay. The rooms are cozy and clean. Will recommend this to anyone who’s wanting to visit and stay near the airport.

Huge room

Small, little amenities. Senior citizen not allowed to use elevator only luggage. So stairs to do when not expecting to have to. Beds are like rocks, pillows no better. Only positive I can say it was clean

Courteous staff & large room

The location doesn’t have 24 hours receptionist. You have to check in by 11 P.M., or else you will have to negotiate for the receptionist to stay beyond 11 P.M. and pay extra. The latest the receptionist was willing to stay was 1130 P.M. When I am looking for an hotel, I expect it to have 24 hours service. This place should be advertised as an Airbnb not an hotel.

We actually had to stay 2 nights bc our flight was bumped to the next day. We returned to the same hotel (different room). Staff was very nice. We will again take the shuttle to the airport, and try again! Room was large and clean. This particular room is dangerous for anyone very tall. Very low lying beams. Except for that, it is large and comfortable. Would be great for a family with kids.

Front desk guy was good. Room was dirty and outdated.

Room was slanted attic lower than 5’ on one side. We kept hitting our head on the beams. Bathroom is very narrow and we fell off step beside the sink. Very poor design, probably not to standard.

Very poorly mattress. Wake up pain on my back.

Was a quick overnight to be close to airport, served that purpose

The EH Rome Airport was an unusual hotel. Our room was in the attic/top floor of the building. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the slope of the ceiling meant only 1/3 of the room was usable while standing. We arrived very late but the front desk recommended a “pub” called Indispensa Bistrot. It was just what we needed after a day of travel. Yummy pizza’s and great drinks.

One Twin bed, dark, hot nasty. Felt like a plane was coming thru wall

Property was secure, quiet and had some dinner options close by. We ate at the Chinese restaurant next door. It was nice to have something other than Italian. Close to airport but not walkable, therefore you will need to use their shuttle 60 euros or taxi 40 euros.

Claims to have air-conditioning, BS, when I arrived it was 80F(27C) outside and my room was 78F(25.5C). Hotel said either everyone gets ac or everyone gets heat and manager claimed 5 rooms were asking for heat (BS!) Said open the window - area is infamous for mosquitoes, I finally turned off all the lights and opened the window ...into the designated smoking area. Basically, this place sucks!

The room is nothing but a slanted attic made into a room for money. No hooks in the bathroom for used towels. No shelf in the shower to hold the tiny piece of soap that I was given. I would never stay there again.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and spacious, however room had a low pitched ceiling and we bumped our heads a few times. Shuttle service was affordable and efficient. Great hotel off the beaten path near walkable restaurants.

The room was very nice and clean. I’m sure it has recently been updated. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

No air conditioning unless the whole property is in AC mode. The temperature outside was in the high 60s and they told me to open the window if I wanted ac because they were o ly in heat mode.
