Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast, comfortable room.

The bathroom was filthy - dust, dirt, mould etc. It has not had a proper deep clean in a very long time. We told reception. They said it was because it was old - no excuse, just poor cleaning. they offered a new room but we thought thought that would just be the same. We asked for it to be cleaned properly. It wasn't. The breakfast was good. The hotel could be really nice, but it not being looked after. I do not know why it has 4 stars. There is not even an Iron, Kettle of Coffee machine.

Such a tired looking hotel now. Our bathroom was unacceptably dirty. Clearly it hadn’t had a thorough clean in a while. We complained to the front desk and they offered to change our room. We declined as we didn’t want a new room just a clean one. They said the bathroom was dirty because it was old but we disagreed. Next day the bathroom had been cleaned with a toothbrush. We knew that because they left the filthy brush on the sink. The staff were friendly and breakfast was nice. Disappointed overall as the room wasn’t cheap and we’d invited my son and girlfriend to their room and was meant to be a treat.

We enjoyed our stay, albeit just for one night. Nice hotel. Totally recommend.

Lovely comfortable hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Close to the unique experience that is Trujillo plaza mayor. Up there as one of best value hotel stays we have had . Adrian Evans

Very nice, large room, good breakfast, well located, pleasant staff

Staff doesn't speak English. Rooms have no windows but a small skylight. Old everything.

We were very impressed with the service and also the breakfast they provided, the hotel had a nice overall feel to it and we felt very comfortable. The only slight criticism was that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room

Everything was perfect. Great historic place near town center. About 7 minutes walk to famous Plaza Mayor. The hotel is in a restored convent.

This is a very nice hotel which benefits from a sympathetic reconstruction based upon a derelict convent. Light and airy and very well located for visiting the old town. Garage a bit tight but been to worse. And this one is free! Nice staff and a good coffee shop in an airy open area, open for the hours we wanted - late. Hard to fault in any respect.

Great hotel with lots of character.Room was huge with large bathroom.Staff didnt speak english but they tried hard.In centre of town so handy for meals etc

Nos ha gustado pero la televisión muy pequeña dentro de un armario que apenas se podían abrir las puertas, la habitación amplia. El desayuno pobre para ser un cuatro estrellas y la cadena de hoteles que representa. Lo salva su localización y el personal muy amable

Bien situé à 10mn à pied de la Plaza Mayor. Beau patio. Parking privé payant et possible aussi dans la rue gratuitement. Restaurant de l'hôtel décevant. Bon petit déjeuner-buffet
