The check-in was done with efficiency. The key card envelope needs to be changed. It looked old, dog-eared, and well-used. The carpet on the stairs needs vacuuming; there was visible dirt on the floor on every stair. The front glass doors were very dirty with fingerprints and dirt. The first room we were given had an open window that would not close - no latch to close. We were given a second room, which was fine. The room seemed clean and tidy, the bathroom was clean, but the bathtub looked old and worn with some mould around the edges. The room met our expectations, but I was disappointed with the general cleanliness.
