Nice clean and quiet

It was an ok hotel. Sheets on our pull-out bed was left from previous occupant with hair & crum

Not the easiest in and out only accesible from one direction. If you get a room on the road side its very noisy. Poot wi dow insulation means loud cars motorcycles fire trucks everything all night long. Lots of Loud motorcycles and reving loud cars. Rooms are OK, but the wear makes things look dirty. Our dresser had a brokem handle with left just 2 broken screws stinking out. Bathroom tile looked dirty but it was actually just chipped. Room had a molding syrip falling off and looking not so good. And as usual for older properties the shower leaves you standing in ankle deep water.Must have been a boys soccer tournament or something because we had 2 rooms of young teenage boys screaming and yelling all night long for 2 nights. Front desk tried to get them to quiet down, but obviously the parents or coachs got their rooms elsewhere and not near the boys who spent all night in and out slamming doors xussing and playing.

Maid service was not consistent.

The front desk staff were polite. The property was clean but the pool and hot tub definitely need some love. They offered a wide variety of breakfast items.

The property was lovely. I liked the secluded area. I kept having to wait on front desk staff. There were no black out curtains, in fact, there was only a netted shade that covered the whole window. When the sun came up, so was I.

Only thing I didn’t like was the placement of the beds. Could only access from one side since they were both against a wall.

Rooms updated and clean.

First, i love the bedding, it’s so comfy, clean and I sleep very well. The room is big enough that you can move around. But the water in the bathroom is so weak.

Staff friendly

Nice place. Modern ,comfortable working hot tub and pool. Only thing is the road noise from the cars going by is quite loud. But overall a very nice stay.

It’s a little old looking but staff was friendly and place was clean. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs and bacon, waffles to make, cereal, fruit, etc. our beds were comfortable. I used the pool in the morning and that was nice. It was perfect since it was next to northwestern hospital where we had to go the next day. Would stay again.

It’s kind of hard to get access to. Older hotel, staff was pleasant. They do have a car charger for those with electric vehicles.

Had us in the first floor then gave us a room on the fourth floor ( which is great) but.. lady bugs in the window sill dead bug on the other window and hair if the floor in the shower. If you can get past that it was clean.

Good and clean

I mean, it's clearly a party/vacation stop hotel, so bring ear plugs. But I expect noise in most hotels and plan for it. My main issues were that the tv and remote were set so you couldn't plug in and switch over to any device over hdmi. And the provided USB-C cable just said "nah." Worst though is that I had to wear socks to avoid the unwashed floors throughout the entire main room. The bathroom floor, and overall, was clean (only complaint, very low shower water pressure), but this hotel does allow dogs and I feel our room wasn't properly mopped before our stay. I have pictures of my white socks stained a deep brown (not going to post) after just a couple hours walking around the room. I can deal with most hotel stay quirks, but a sticky, dirty floor is a serious issue. Can't rate the pool or hot tub. Breakfast was simple but good. Have to be honest though. I'd shell out 25-50% more for a cleaner, quieter, more techie-friendly room, even if it were significantly smaller. It was spaceous enough, I'll give it that.

Quiet area & clean rooms. Hotel could use some updating with new carpet. Good breakfast in the morning but coffee lacking. Overall I would stay here again out of convenience.
