Yes clean, staff, amenities and food all good.

Very friendly staff approachable and helpful nothing too much trouble. Fantastic double room very light and spacious loved the amenities selection , very large en suite with a bath as well as shower. Lovely meal great good menu choices in a cozy setting next to the fire with a really good bar selection too.

Staff were attentive at every interaction. From reception/bar/ evening food and service/ breakfast / housekeeping and check out encounters. Nowhere tops this worlwide

Staff were excellent -Always through out our stay Food very good . Wine choice great . Rooms spacious and very clean - But -worse pillows ever made for uncomfortable sleep and stairwells and halls upstairs need decorating , chipped paint grubby looking .

Hotel beautiful, room beautiful

Having been to the Marine on many occasions found the bed in the room was of a very poor standard. It was very uncomfortable and sagged to one side. Now this is clearly not what you have delivered before, even to the point that my wife then suffered back ache for a number of days. I have spinal conditions and lumber problems, I found the bed very uncomfortable indeed. Room 15, it spoilt our stay there. And at £175.00 through expedia expected more, premier Inn was cheaper and there beds of a higher standard. Many thanks. Mr and Mrs Coaten

Marine hotel in Tankerton was very comfortable. It was extremely cold while we were there but lovely lady in housekeeping gave us a radiator for our room which really helped warm the room. All staff, particularly Karen on reception and Patsy in the restaurant, plus many whose names I don’t know who really were excellent for which we thank you all so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

Nice hotel and location though the rooms need a refresh the furniture was very chipped and the bathroom was not very clean and the maintenance on the bathroom needs improving esp the state of the sealant. Nice staff and fab view just needs some attention to detail

Fabulous view with balcony Superior room did not have robes. Paint work in bathroom and bedroom needs addressing. Bath area needs good clean. Carpet in place’s disgusting. Bed comfy, as were coffee and tea facilities. Would stay again, but would not pay the room rate for this room!

Great location, staff were superb, lovely local shops, cafes & restaurants, walking distance from Whitstable town centre. Only criticism would be the hotel is overdue a lick of paint.
