The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location right in the Old Quarter was very convenient for sightseeing, close to Hoan Kiem Lake, surrounded by many restaurants and cafes, all within walking distance.

The hotel is small and located in a narrow alley inaccessible to cars. The service and amenities don't match the price, which is only a 3.4-star rating. Room rates are much cheaper than on the app, and the way extra charges are calculated is unreasonable. A negative impression.

It might be suitable for foreign tourists, as the old town area makes it difficult to find parking for luggage. Parking is very inconvenient for Vietnamese guests.

Overall, it's good. Close to tourist attractions like Hoan Kiem Lake and the night market. There are many restaurants and cafes. However, I wish there was a free airport shuttle service.

The hotel is located in the center of the old town, quite convenient for sightseeing and entertainment. The only inconvenience is that if you want to catch a taxi, you have to walk to the main road and wait, it is a bit difficult to book a taxi.
