Due to Storm Goretti, our flight was cancelled. We contacted the hotel but they refused to be kind enough to offer us a voucher or amend our booking. So we lost our money. What a great way to keep customers from staying again.

Warm clean and tidy, friendly and helpful staff. I relly like this place.

Comfy bed, new nice bathroom. Furniture a bit tired. Sunday is a day of rest for staff, no restaurant or bar open. All closed after breakfast!!!

Nice, pet-friendly, hotel. Convenient place to stay near to the motorway. We were travelling with our dog. Staff were very welcoming. There was a small charge, I think €20, for a pet-friendly room. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, but they can go in the bar, where you can get food and drinks. The hotel is next to a park where we could exercise our dog. Food and drinks in the bar and restaurant were very good.

Great hotel with friendly staff.

Perfect for a couple of nights for a trip to see Ed Sheeran at the Volkpark stadium. Only 15 mins drive from the airport, short taxi ride to the stadium and a 45 minute walk back. Breakfast was really good and not too busy. Would definitely recommend.

Good location for work

Well presented with good restaurant facilities. Unfortunately no kettle in room.

Location was awesome, just near the zoo (the zoo itself is pretty overpriced. Had way better experience way cheaper in central europe, especially in prague) and 3-4 minutes away from U-Bahn station. This let us be in the center in about 15-20 minutes pretty easily and there is a direct bus route to airport from the same place. The staff was friendly, decent breakfast, really spacy rooms with themed decorations on each floor, the kids really enjoyed staying there after a well-know chain stay in Bremen. We arrived about 30 minutes before check in time and were given the keys right away. Nespresso machine with free coffee was a good addition for the stay. Maybe a kettle additionally would be even better. Also the fridge was almost full with mini bar items, so we had to store our snacks outside it.

Flawless operation

Bar not available/open for service several nights during stay. The mask frenzy and Covid certificate obsession in Germany is off putting. I won’t be going back in a hurry
