The check-in process was quite long, maybe because we had 2 different bookings (because we had previously booked a test & go package at another hotel). And it's very difficult to communicate with the front office staff because they can't speak English well. So prepare the google translate application before arriving at this hotel, huh. We had to give a deposit of 3,000 THB for a 10 day stay. Quite a large amount for a hotel deposit. But don't forget to ask for proof of invoice for taking the deposit again. The first day we got a connecting room. The rooms are not very soundproof, but the first day there was no problem because we came on weekdays. The second day, the room next to us was occupied and we had very noisy neighbors. They were chatting in the corridors in the middle of the night so loudly, calling and laughing so hard we couldn't sleep. At 2 am we finally called the receiptionist to change rooms, but the new room was available at 2 pm and finally we asked the receiptionist to warn the room next to us. After changing rooms, we can sleep quite peacefully. Only heard some people coming home in the middle of the night and closing the door really loud. But it's still fine. You have to hang writing to ask the clerk to clean the room. Due to social distancing reasons, they won't clean the room if you don't ask. But you can ask for drinking water if you don't want the room to be cleaned. The clerk also asked us if we still had coffee and tea or needed refills. The hotel has a car to take you to BTS Nana station. The two male officers who drove the car were very friendly and helped us a lot while in Bangkok. They can speak better english than the receiptionist, they also always greet us every morning and ask if we need to be driven to BTS station or not. They also help recommend tourist spots and cheap shopping spots. The restaurant is always busy every breakfast so we chose to buy breakfast at the 7-Eleven in front of the hotel and only ordered coffee in the lobby for 70 THB. Many restaurants and bars near the hotel. We also found a cafe that opened at 7am near the hotel (Brainwake Cafe). So you don't have to be afraid of starvation. When we got home, we chose to book a delivery service which is available near the lift. The price is 1000 THB for 2 people and 4 suitcases, including driver, toll and petrol. The guard staff is also very friendly and speaks good English. You can ask the officer too, he is very helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I go to Bangkok.
