Good location

The lights and water went off in the middle of the night and it’s 10:00a.m and still without any accommodations. I cannot believe that there is no generator back up or other accommodations for guests. Very unsatisfied.

The staff were professional and helped me with my intermediate Spanish skills. I’m glad to know Spanish. Helps as this area is very local. It’s an outdated hotel, best thing was the complementary breakfast which was actually tasty and nutritious. But most of the hotel has an odor and not worth $120 a night. Yet there’s limited eateries near but not accessible with any public transit. I wouldn’t stay here if I am visiting next time unless it’s a lay over.

Building or some rooms are under construction but in all we its great..

Only thing we didn’t like was our AC was broken

The room was very dirt and had a strong smell

Good hotel

Good airport hotel - quick bus ride to terminal (every 30 mins)

This place is pretty much standard for the fairly priced hotels near the airport in Monterrey. In other words, it's nothing special but also totally acceptable for a one- or two-night stay. They have a 24/7 shuttle that runs every 30 minutes, which is nice. There are a number of restaurants around as well, which is convenient.

Unfortunately our arrival was not so good. We waited an hr to be picked up from the airport which was just about the same time it took our flight from guadalajara to monterrey to arrive. We kept being told it would be there as the hotel is only a 10 minute commute. We were very disappointed having to lose an hr of our day when we were there for business.
