Unfortunately, despite mentioning the faulty air-cons to reception immediately on arrival and again later that evening, no remedial action was undertaken. I am waiting to hear if there will be a refund.

One lift out of order, stairs dirty as work going on and pest control in action… told not to use them, glasses and crockery left outside bedroom doors for far too long, no hot water only option for tea available at breakfast. However, staff very friendly and helpful, room good, bed good, breakfast good.

Great price compared to others in the Kingston upon Thames area, bit of a walk to Hampton court but that was our choice! Good night sleep.

Clean hotel and business hotel

John on reception was exemplary, so helpful, professional and greeted us with a huge warm smile. He is a credit to the company. Our room was spotless. The bed was fabulous- did not want to get up as soooo comfortable. Great, powerful shower. Quiet surroundings.

We had a room with a balcony and river view which was very nice. Good breakfast. Parking a little walk away from hotel lobby. Rooms clean, comfy beds.

The hotel was fine, but nothing spectacular. I was given a room on a low floor next to the garbage and a busy street, so was woken up when the trash was collected early in the morning or a loud car drove by. One day, housekeeping cleaned my room but left no towels. When I inquired, I got a shrug and a, “we ran out.” Air drying, I guess. Bed was comfortable, room well appointed otherwise.

Parking is too far from the building. Breakfast on Sundays 730-930 is excessively early!!

Very friendly and helpful staff and a very comfortable room. Excellent value.

Very modern, great to have air con and parking. Also a great location for walking into Kingston along the river, or to Hampton Court Palace. Surbiton also a great place to go for a drink and something to eat. Hearty breakfast with everything you could want, and bar offered cocktails.

Excellent 4 night stay.

Bed was shocking! Sunk in the middle, no shower gel, room service was a joke and overall very disappointing and NO I would not recommend

The location is great, the rooms are fine and a/c is a definite plus over budget hotels. Was quite surprised to find the bar closed very early and there are no vending machines for bottled water or snacks when everything else is closed. The staff were using the pandemic excuse. But I have no idea why the pandemic would affect the opening hours of the bar. Breakfast was buffet style with a good selection and freshly cooked.

Parking - not good. And thats the first impression you get of the hotel

Everything was fine the only things I was not happy with it was parking because was behind the hotel.

We only stayed one night but our room was lovely very clean and had everything you could ask for in a room . If I had to stay anything negative it would be that we had a balcony but nothing to sit on, other rooms had tables and chairs but for some reason ours didn't, it was a lovely morning would have been nice to sit out with a coffee and watch the boats on the river
