The location and buffet breakfast were great. It was a 15 mins ' walk ti the old town: charming, vibrant and interesting sights👍 The room was comfy, clean & good lighting. There was sufficient storage space but no fridge. Housekeeping needs improvement. Our beds weren't made on our 2nd night! The staff though helpful lack smiles☺️☺️!!

The hotel room was clean however not prepared for 2 adults and a child. The booking clearly stated it would be 3 of us, however on the day I was offered an additional bed for extra charge which would the equal a Hilton price. The bathroom tap was leaking, there was no soap in the shower and only 2 towels. It is a cheap hotel in pretty good location. However, the standard is rather low.

Perfect location for Lublin parkrun which was a short walk away. Hotel is outside of main area but very easy and safe to walk into and cheaper!! Staff were lovely and looked after us all very well. Room was what we needed as did spend much time in it as was exploring
