Overall good for the price. Good location, nice big rooms, big queen beds not doubles, free continental breakfast was pretty good too, and you can upgrade your breakfast for $8. Parking convenient as there are different access doors you can use with your hotel card/

Nothing really. I am honestly going to mention the one thing that comes to mind and its not even a thing. If you arrive on lets say a wkd and theres an event or something, parking is full. Anyways... Big shout out to Mary and Heather at the front desk. Hospitality comes naturally to them and simply put, wonderful humans. Also, i didnt forget about my men in black. Keep it real and have fun, your doing a great job. Cleaning staff i didnt meet but no complaints about the rooms so thank you.

Stains all over the bathroom walls, disgusting. Breakfast thats included are muffins and toast.

Room was lacking heater also if you book suits you atleast expect to have slippers to wear no drinking water in room. Overall experience was quite not up to the mark

The room was outdated and furniture was dented. The breakfast was rubbish, and the hotel did not disclose that it was continental when we called and they charged 8 dollars for eggs and bacon. The pool was closed for our entire stay. There were homeless people sitting in the foyer every day. The washroom shower was stained like it wasn’t cleaned. Overall disappointing stay.

The room they gave me was not the same as the one shown on the website. I asked them to change my room. They told me that the photos on the website were not actual room pictures. Can you believe it!!! The hotel has very poor sound insulation, and the bathroom fans are extremely noisy.

This hotel is located near a major highway beside 2 other hotels. We like the comfortable bed but not the bathroom light and vent being connected in one switch. Noisy bathroom visit every time. Annoying! Especially during the night.

Hotel is slightly dated, but is well maintained. Great location, service, and room. Had a small problem with jacuzzi, but hotel staff completed repair while we were at diner. Going again in 5 weeks

My husband and I stayed for two nights recently. Upon check in it was clear the front desk staff had some sort of issue amongst them. A bit uncomfortable. Our room was clean but the bottom sheet on the bed is flat and was not big enough to tuck. Sheet came off constantly leaving us directly on the mattress. Ugg. I ran a hot bath only to discover the water filling the tub was brown. I did let the front desk know and was told the water is hard in Barrie and that the pipes might need flushing. The only elevator was not working for one of the days. We are able bodied so we managed. Will definitely find alternative accommodation next time we are in Barrie.

The location was ok but the common areas were dirty and the door mats and elevator mats were dirty and worn out. The glass doors on entry to the hotel itself were filthy like they hadn’t been clean all winter.

Limited breakfast options, especially for people with allergy restrictions. Elevator out of service part of our visit and very clunky sounding the other days. We were there for 5 nights and it seemed strange to have to go get breakfast tickets each day from the front desk. Our room was pretty clean but the bathroom fan was so noisy we had to just leave the light off in the bathroom when we used it.

The receptionist that checked me in was a very kind professional lady

Service was great, confident location off highway, room was a bit small, had scratchy bedding accessories that felt like curtains but they were just bed toppers so sleeping with sheets and extra blankets already provide fine room was fine. Room was clean. It was rainy when we were there and parking lot was full of large puddles everywhere but we managed fine. Parking wasn’t an issue otherwise. Would stay again.
