Great location for walking, dining and enjoying the pool and beautiful beach. Wonderful breakfast buffet!

Was impressed with the look if the hotel when entering the lobby. Staff very helpful. Room clean and cleaned well thtoughout my stay. Pool was great with two large pools and toddler pool. Breakfast good value for money.

We stayed here for three nights. Hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is super clean including the pool areas. We were bed and breakfast so can only comment on that. Plenty of choice with cereals, cooked items, fresh fruit, cooked meats & cheese, and a selection of pastries. Location wise it is directly opposite the beach there is also a bus stop M123 where you can catch the bus to Malaga. We travelled to Nerja to experience the caves. Nerja is gorgeous and worth the visit. To get there you can get a direct bus from Malaga central bus terminal. There are a selection of restaurants close to the hotel also. We have had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Due to ongoing renovation there was very little little amenities and no entertainment at all However, the hotel will be really good when the work is completed It’s a very clean hotel and staff were really goid

This is terrible, we book this hotel a month in advance, as this is for an anniversary, so we booked a large seaview room, with bathtub and near to the beach. We specifically email to the hotel to confirm everything once booked but no reply for a week. Then at the last moment (only 1 week to arrive) we received a message about the hotel not begin operations yet? Why they still accepting booking?

We were moved to another hotel as ibersol was closed for construction

The hotel staff were really friendly and I have had an overall positive experience until the last day. Unfortunately I came down with really bad food poisoning the day after I had dinner at the hotel. I have spoken to other guests and quite a few people had the same issue. I have tried to talk to the hotel and enquire about compensation but I have not gotten an answer. On departure they even tried to charge me for late checkout when I was really ill and almost unable to fly back.

Beautiful sea view from large balcony in junior suite. Room was comfortable and spacious, in need of some upgrading. Friendly staff. Reception lobby/lounge area had been modernised but was lacking warmth and character. Pool area was in need of upgrading and lifts were horrendous and didn’t feel safe.

STAY AWAY!!! and safe yourself from this place!!! My husband got super sick, vomiting and diarrhea, we are unsure if it was the food or there’s definitely a virus going on in the hotel, also very bad experience with the AC not working for two nights in a row, the second day the ppl who clean the room left the balcony door wide open completely which it was caos and super hot when we got back to the room and not safe at all since we were and the first floor and all our stuff was inside of the room, also our room key 🔑 stop working a couple times and we needed to go back to the front desk to got it to be activated again. Very frustrating and definitely disappointed.
