I was disappointed in our stay. Almost every time we returned to our hotel room, our keys did not work. Then we’d have to go down to the front desk to get them reset. Additionally, when leaving for the airport on our final morning, the QR code the hotel sent for exiting the garage did not work. We left much later than planned because of this, and had to repeatedly work with the front desk to get a new QR code. We were then stressed about missing our flight. Overall, I was disappointed in our experience at this hotel
