Property was well taken care of, the rooms were really clean. Walking distance from the beach.

This hotel was simply too good to be true! I was looking for an safe, clean, affordable place to stay on the beach in El Campello. I was a little confused with the name "Hostal," but it in no way refers to hostel. I had a cute room with bath and a gorgeous view of the Sea. Clean and comfortable. I felt safe. The location cannot be beat for being on the beach. I slept to the sound of the waves. Just cross the street and you are right there. The tram is right there as well. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Food and drink are great. This place is truly a gem. I would definitely come back!

Staff are so friendly. Especially the reception ladies. Genuinely lovely people. The room was basic, but that’s what I wanted as I wouldn’t be spending much time in there. But the view from my window on to San Juan Beach was stunning!

Hotel staff was very friendly, everyone super nice. View was beautiful right in front of beach. Pool facilities were good also restaurant and hotel room was very tidy. Definitely recommend.

El hotel está bien por el precio. Es sencillo, para ir a dormir y estar enfrente de la playa. Lo malo: no nos tuvieron las mochilas al momento del checkout, habían hormigas y una cucaracha en la habitación.

Great location by the beach & tram

This is a no-fuss hotel directly on the Mediterranean Sea. It was perfect! The restaurant at the hotel was one of the best we experienced in El Campello. The view from the cafe was the sea, and the pool was large, clean and uncrowded. Listening to the sea while sleeping at night and playing all day in the sun was great for our family of five. We barely left the property for almost three days. Lovely!

Friendly and comfortable hotel. I felt very comfortable as a single women staying in this hotel and I loved the food, it would have been perfect if there had been more choice. lovely pool and I loved seeing the sea from the hotel. Clean and well run staff helped in any way they could. Thank you for a lovely stay

Very clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, would have preferred a double bed for more comfort and needs air con or better cooling fans, just too warm and stuffy in the room at night and made sleeping difficult, would stay again at different time of year when it's fresher at night, generally it was a nice place to stay and in an excellent location on the seafront

Hostal San Juan was lovely. My room was comfortable and the friendly staff looked after me very well.

Perfect location with great price and awesome people who run it. Just stayed there 5 nights last week. Yolanda at the front desk was the best!!!! Breakfast lady (Sorry, forgot the name), was the sweetest thing ever. I had some health issues at the last days of my stay and was able to get 100% attention and support from the staff. Had wonderful time at the beach, with great sandy seashore, crystal clear warm waters and great breeze. This is very low key, no night life location. Great for evening strolling along the beach on the promenade. If you want night life - this is not for you.Will be back for sure!!!!!

Excellent place to stay and I especially enjoyed the location and close access to the metro station. Wonderful view of the Mediteranean also. Would definitely return for a longer stay, especially for the price
