Overall was not a good experience, to much to even type. From the start as soon as we got there you feel uncomfortable being watched like hawks by all the worker. Have stupid rules about lost keys. Security guards everywhere which is fine for safety but not to make you feel uncomfortable by watching every move you make and in the casino starring you down and hawking you as if you are some kind of criminal. The food was absolutely terrible. The rooms were dirty at check in. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, feels more as if you are in prison then relaxing. Bartenders would give drinks without alcohol and if you said hey there’s no alcohol they would reply back oh it’s an all inclusive which would not make any sense. Asked for a room tech multiple times to fix issues, had to wait hours till someone came to fix the AC and bring me a tv remote. Towels were all dirty in the rooms and by the pools, need to better clean them. Like I said not the best experience or vacation I’ve had.

Started off with a very bad check in experience, but it got progressively better and the supervisor at the front desk was very kind and helped. Everybody loves the resort and are having a very good time. It is a little dated, but the rooms are spacious… What’s important though is that the staff was willing to help.

Enjoyed staying.

The hotel is a good kid-friendly hotel. It has plenty to do for kids ages 4 to 16. I would not recommend for couples without kids. Food was awful. Service was not great. The rooms were spacious and clean. Very few lifeguards on duty. Not enough food options. They use food trucks around the property but most of the time they couldn't supply enough food to cover the visitor's in the area of the hotel they were covering. We were there during a peak week and they had some services not operational. The amount of staff trying to sell time shares was excessive and annoying.

Gorgeous Property. Food and Drinks was good for an all inclusive. The only thing was The club was closed during the week during the busiest time of the yr College Spring break. That was annoying tbh. But it was great overall.

Great location with a lot of things to do. Highly recommend.

Tons of options for our family of 4 - pools, activities, food! Perfect with high school age kids. We loved our stay! One note - if you are planning to use the foldout couch as a bed, ours was extremely uncomfortable, one of the worst we've ever seen! Definitely not an option, we will book bigger beds in the future! Still worth it!

They should fumigate the restaurant areas. At Zen, we saw a cockroach while we were waiting in the teppanyaki area. We let the manager and waitress know. Everything is fine with the hotel, but they should fumigate to control pests.
