The room was clean and adequate. Staff at the front desk was very helpful and informative. Breakfast was good

Breakfast was amazing. Really enjoyed. Room was clean but it’s old hotel and hotel key was lil bit old style but overall will def stay again.

Hotel was clean, great shower , breakfast was good...v close to metro into centre of Prague. would i stay again, yes...only qualm was whilst it was 4 star , it felt more of a 3 and the fire alarm going off on Sunday 5th April

The hotel front desk staff was very helpful. We forgot to ask his name though. He provided very detailed public transport information to the Airport, when uber and taxi were not available due to the rainy weather. Thanks for his help, we made to the airpot on time.

The breakfast was great, good shops and restaurants close by, no airconditioner and dated but clean. Area was fine during the day but wouldn't go wondering at night.

This was a nice stay with helpfull staff, no air-conditioning but the amazing breakfast offering made up for it.

The breakfast buffet was really nice. The folks at the front desk don’t seem very friendly. My room got unbearably hot towards the end of my two week stay. The small fan provided didn’t provide enough relief from the heat in my room, in spite of trying to sleep with both windows open. I left the hotel 2 days early and rented an apartment with AC in the area so I could sleep and get my work done for my last few days.

Good hotel breakfast was ok

The best area in Prague (not touristic and more local). Extended my stay and it was very easy! The door to separate the bathroom from the room is also very helpful to block hallway noise! Delicious and free breakfast! Very much appreciated the luggage storage as well

The room and the image which we show on Hotels didn't match. The breakfast was basic and pastries was tasting like was from yesterday.

Pros: 2 min walk from metro (E6, with escalator), great breakfast with a variety of choice, fast refill, dining area big enough for everyone. Cons: Interior a bit old, 30 steps to get to our room, room could be quite hot in summer

Pleasant stay

Very well placed and lovely hotel. Clean, with nice and attentive staff. My only issue is that the internet connection in my attic room was extremely volatile and mostly non-existent. I personally managed, but I can imagine that for many people this could be a deal-breaker. I suppose this is an issue only on the top floor and the rest of the hotel is probably fine. Other than that a great hotel.
