Friendly staff. Slowly updating the rooms.

Clean room with great breakfast buffet.

The buffet breakfast was amazing and the location can't be beat, but the hotel is slowly shifting away from its exclusively gay clientele. The staff were friendly and informative!

Beware! First, the positives. The hotel was gay-friendly and centrally located. Breakfast was decent. Now, the negatives. The room was very outdated with old fixtures like a tap from the 70's that sprays everywhere, a super hard bed and old linens that had holes in them. They ran out of pool towels on our first day, which require a €10 deposit. An unauthorized charge was made to our room due to improper controls and staff was very rude when we advised them. Overall, enjoyed being close to the action but basics of a hotel were seriously lacking.

The room maids were rather lazy did not change the towels the staff were in the main pretty good,The spa area is amazing had a great time there .A superb massage that that really helped my mobility.How ever most of the gym equipment was broken and looked to have been for sometime but probably will return in the autumn.

Amazing staff, specially Mariano at rooftop pool. I think the staff there should be dressed as the customer, meaning nudity for job and environment proportionality. I think SPA and pools should be opened until midnight at least for hotel guests.

Overall a good location for the hotel, the issue is with the staff more so the breakfast staff who cant even manage to smile or engage in any way with the customers, the girl with the dark hair and pony tail has a constant frown on it just didnt feel pleasant at all going or breakfast

If we had known this was solely a gay hotel then we wouldn’t have stayed. No direct access to beach. Apart from 100’s of steps and as a restricted mobility person it was awful. Roman tired and dated

Given the previous reviews, I was expecting the worst, but it was perfectly acceptable.

Expedia lie on the room description. This hotel does NOT have air-conditioning and when you email them they tell you they do. This is an outright lie. Do not book.

Upgraded from standard room to pool view which was a nice surprise, comfy beds and large large room.

Room was basic, but fine.

Overall my stay was pleasant, staff did what they needed to at check in but didn’t go above and beyond. Fairly cheap hotel so wasn’t expecting much. Rooms were outdated and in need of a refresh, air con was weak. Sun loungers and brollies were broken.

Good location, comfortable bed. I was asleep in my room during the afternoon when someone else came into my room to check in, with their own key, and stood at the end of my bed. Staff didn’t care. Shower sprays water all over the floor. Says renovated, but it’s not. You have to pay a deposit for everything, towels, iron, lift access to the beach. Be careful of the interconnecting rooms. For three nights I heard the person next door having intercourse, including all the conversation lol

The view of the ocean was pretty good, and it overlooked the pool as well, but I feel the layout was a little contrived. I think it was ridiculous that the pool closed at 9pm, the Spa didn’t stay open much later either… I get that it was low season, but for it being a gay hotel catering to gay men who like staying up late and staying out all night, it behooves me that this hotel was the first thing to shut down in the neighborhood. The staff was not very accommodating or helpful either… I was disappointed and left wanting more from my experience here in Torremolinos. Bear Pool Party only on a Saturday during the day ending at 7pm when the sun doesn’t even set till 10pm, really?
