Was awoken at 6am on the first morning with sun lighting up the room. One of the blackout curtains was missing. When i raised this at reception, I was told by the staff that it is the same in all rooms. This was completely untrue. It was only replaced when i eventually spoke to a very helpful cleaner. The reception staff clearly need re-training. The hotel was satisfactory in other aspects

No one seemed to know the correct timings for snacks, and access to the spa comes at an additional cost. The pools are uncomfortably cold and should be heated. The gate by the pool leading to the beach does not work with the hotel key card, which is inconvenient. Deposits for items such as the private lift key are cash-only, which is unreasonable—card payments should be accepted. Dinner is served far too late each evening, and the breakfast eggs were excessively oily, to the point they were swimming in it.

Clean room, staff was welcoming and polite. The spa is big, really clean and well maintained, had a very relaxing time. Location is perfect. Wifi could be stronger, I had to give up a few times, and while some facilities are getting aged, they are still rather well maintained.

I am never disappointed when I visit this place. It has a great location over looking the beautiful coastline. Staff are friendly. Hotel grounds are clea.

I can’t fault the staff they’re very friendly and helpful- I’ve stayed here several times previously between May to August and no issues/problems. Only issues I wanted to highlight this time was I was led to believe the hotel was sold out for months

My fourth stay at this hotel now can’t fault the place staff are friendly, very central for shops and transport as well as bars and clubs.

Clean and impressive view of the sea from the room

My honest opinion the hotel is clean and chill and calm the dinner wasn’t bad but the breakfast was a total snooze fest cold and same old ting every day I book the spa for my birthday but it was I ended up turning back because it was the hot tub which i didn’t need and it was pure dude get a refund thou but what’s get me was that i mentioned it was my birthday 3 times to the receptionist and crickets but thanks to the restaurant guy who gave me a kool key sensation hotel button cheers me up a bit over if you need a clean chill hotel it’s ok but dont expect much else

Breakfast and food choice could have been better and hot.

Bed was really comfy, blackout curtains, small fridge, good shower room, nice staff and good location/sea views. Can't see how some people find the negatives.

Great staff on reception, very warm, friendly and helpful. Beautiful sea view from the room and the hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately I found the beds very uncomfortable - very hard mattress - and there was a door to the next room so I could hear everything happening in the room next door. Also, they play very loud music by the pool from 10am which can be heard in the rooms.
