Hotel was nice

Quiet. Friendly staff. Good food and clean. Heater/ac unit was loud

Rooms are very noisy. Poor soundproofing. Flushing of the toilet is heard from adjacent rooms and from above

It was a great stay

Hotel cannot find our reservation. Hotel check-in was 4pm but we didn't get our room until 6pm. Restaurant , the ridge, was slow. Took half hour to get menu. We ended up going somewhere else.

The Nakoda was nicer then I thought, high ceilings in the bedrooms, clean and a beautiful view of the mountains. A few disappointment's were, every time someone flushed the toilet upstairs we could hear it run down our wall since we were on the main floor. The house keeping was banging on the doors at 9:30am and there was no literature in the room showing times the restaurants were closing, maybe a menu for ordering in. Over all I would still recommend this hotel to stay at.

We arrived at 630pm and they weren’t ready for us to check in. We technically could’ve checked in at 4pm so didn’t make sense. Price seemed a bit high for the quality of hotel.

I loved my room and the views. Excellent amenities and services. I will definitely visit again.
