After the 2025 school year summary, my father and I, with a plan booked 2 weeks in advance after researching many resorts in Mui Ne, Cam Ranh..., and finally chose Diamond Resort and Spa because it was suitable for our itinerary, finances... and we found the style and reviews very good! Taking the SE8 train at 6am, arriving in Nha Trang at 1:45am, my two daughters were very excited and looking forward to an experience in Nha Trang (because they used to only stay in Mui Ne). Taking a 7-seat Grab for 234k after about 15 minutes, we arrived at the Diamond area with Gold, Condotel, and Resort & spa. The friendly reception from the gate quickly guided me to the reception desk for check-in procedures, the receptionist with a youthful, dynamic and gentle style was sympathetic with a cool glass of passion fruit juice to soothe the summer sun. During the check-in process, there was a small misunderstanding about the additional fee for the baby, which made me feel a lack of unity, making it difficult for me and having to hesitate when booking a room and accommodation. However, the way the two receptionists handled it was very gentle and quick with a professional attitude, I still checked in to rest. The room was spacious, clean and cozy, the arrangement of all the items, the details in the room were as the message sent, the care of the staff and the resort owner, everything was perfect for me. While arranging the furniture, I received a call from the receptionist with a gentle and caring male voice, you apologized for the unexpected incident, your side will work with the partner later; the resort will completely exempt the fee for my child! Oh thank you life, thank you Diamond spa & resort for keeping the start of the summer vacation of the 3 of us so wonderful!

Enthusiastic and dedicated service to customers Beautiful view, quiet and relaxing

The resort is very ugly, the beach is so ugly that you can't take any pictures, it's deserted and very scary. The food is average, few dishes, not to my taste.

It took a long time to check in and the staff were also enthusiastic. The breakfast was delicious. The resort was spacious, green and beautiful, with many beautiful places to take photos at reasonable prices, but the purpose of going to the resort to have a beach to bathe in was not there. The beach is full of shallow water tiles so no one swims hic hic the children's pool is 1m2 so there's no way to swim. The air conditioner is difficult to adjust and gets crazy hot. Will not come back

Bad customer service. The resort is too big but the bycicle is only available for renting. Breakfast is not good as well.

Overall rooms are at an average level because the hotel is old. If I go to Nha Trang I will not stay here anymore!
