Toilet seat would not stay up. A light bulb in a lamp was burned out.

Very clean. Desk staff were friendly

I think the only thing I did not like was the shower head. It was difficult to use.

Told at front desk couldn’t check in early which I understand. Asked to use pool until room was ready. Was told we couldn’t because of insurance. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and never have been denied use of the pool prior to check in. So we were stuck with 2 hours to kill after driving 18 hours

We just stayed one night at the halfway point of our trip and it was great. Room was spacious, clean and updated. Breakfast was good too!

People next door had several screaming children they were smoking weed smell was all over 5th floor smelled like a skink evelator broke down we got stuck on 5 for about 15 minutes had to take stairs down they could not get any one to repair so they shut it down have stayed at this hotel for many years but it is attracting getto people now . We moved to a quieter room the desk clerk was so helpful to us rooms were clean bed comfy breakfast good

We only stayed one night on our way farther south. The staff was friendly and the room was clean but honestly we were pretty much in and out so we didn’t use any of the facilities or even have breakfast. The overall impression was good.
