I stayed for 4 days 4 nights my room wasn't cleaned once no fresh towel. Are you doing check the garbage one time other than that housekeeping was not involved at all.

Neil at checkin was very kind and attentive. The evening after checkin our shower head was spraying out of tube creating a flood. Neil instantly moved us to another room. So grateful he did.

The room was in good condition. I did notice that the inside of the toilet had residue upon arrival. I also noticed makeup on the white comforter, overall we had a good stay.

We arrived but was turned away because the desk employee said they did not accept Chime as payment. There was nothing anywhere posted online to give this warning. We’ve never had issues with this before and had to search last minute on a busy weekend and pay a much higher rate because we were turned away

Key property equipment needs maintenance. The hotel has two elevators and one of them was permanently not available for 6 days. We were informed that it has been down for weeks. Only one slow elevator was left to share between cleaning staff and hotel guests. Really not acceptable. All other items were reasonably provided.

The ice makers weren’t working, only one elevator was working, the pool was not open, our carpet was wet when we arrived and made the room smell funny all weekend. There were no extra plugs for my devices. I had to unplug lights to plug my stuff in which was inconvenient.

The entire time we were there no one ever cleaned our room, took out the trash, replaced the linens, brought new towels. Every soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The sofa in our king suite was hard as a rock. The breakfast was cold. It was a horrible stay!
