After all the switching rooms with multiple problems, dirty pool theyvwere not willing to give us some $$ back. We will NEVER stay at any best western

Everything about the hub was amazing except for the location. I specifically picked a place between downtown Milan and San Siro. The problem is that there is nothing nearby. It’s an industrial area. There is a restaurant / Lounge on site. The hotel is very nice and modern. Loved the room. Fridge full of cold drinks. The toilets are a bit confusing to flush. lol! The staff is amazing!

Easy to reach near airport

The room was clean and comfortable but the hotel was quite far from everything. Free shuttle to metro station was appreciated.

Excellent service from hotel staff. Great food from restaurant. Room spotlessly clean.

the staff was amazing. my toilet started to not work during my stay. but they came up and fixed it. the area is out of the city and there’s gypsy land behind the hotel.

Very clean, great breakfast

The a/c didn't work well and the cold water and toilets didn't work for a good portion f our stay.

Property was beyond amazing, but dinner menu was limited and as much as the food was good there could be much more options on the actual food and more specified to the Italian cuisines. Staff was friendly and amazing, could not have better service from them. Service around the area are very limited such as taxi’s and food delivery services.

Nice place, the only inconvenience is the location

This was an excellent hotel, sadly the building has not been looked after. The staff do their best, but they can only do so much in the face of an obvious lack of interest in investing by the owners. The lifts were noisy and they don't all serve all floors. The rooms are secondary quadruple glazed, so it is very quite. The top floor swimming pool is a great idea, though 3/4 of the lights didn't work.

Let me start by saying that the staff are absolutely brilliant. Couldn't be more helpful. I had a couple of minor issues while I was there and they were understanding, helpful and efficient. Sadly there is a but. I was there for an exhibition at Rho Fierra. And yes there is a Shuttle, but you have to book it a day or so in advance which is fine but not very convenient. Public transport is too far away (more shuttle rides) so you would be reliant on taxis which are not easily obtainable in that area. The rooms (I was in two) of them are visually appealing but a chair mounted on a stand with four metal sprigs next to the bed is not great when you visit the bathroom at 3.00am (stubbed toes!). The shower is clumsy and there is nowhere to put your suitcase. I sometimes wonder if the people who design these rooms ever stay in them. And sadly the breakfast, maybe because of Covid, was not what I was expecting - very disappointing compared with previous Italian breakfasts I have enjoyed in the past.

Room are ok the location is a bit out of the way. Parking is charged which is not clear when booking but the staff are friendly.
