Vienne is a nice local town with safe streets and many dining options. This hotel was well positioned and clean.

Not sure why some gave so so reviews. I thought hotel in good condition. Good value. Good ac. Good cycle storage. Friendly staff.

It's an Ibis hotel, so what you'd expect to find whenever you stay in one. Clean, neat and tidy, with the room being a little more spacious than other Ibis stays we have had On a VERY busy intersection, but we were pleasantly surprised that our 2nd floor room was so quiet, and reasonable river views. Would recommend booking a parking space if driving.

Our second time here and just as good as first. Clean comfortable (another couple of pillows would be great). Hot showers. Easy walk to town centre. Easy parking across road (you need to pay). Member of staff showed extreme kindness to elderly couple whose booking was not on her computer and sorted it all out for them- excellent service.

Staff were excellent and friendly. Hotel was nice and clean, with a continental breakfast at extra cost. Great location too

Good location being a few minutes walk from the old town and restaurants being especially close to some Michelin star establishments. The secure parking underneath the hotel was really useful and easy to get into the hotel from there. The staff were faultless and very good at their jobs.

Hotel was ok for a quick stop over. Wifi wasn’t working. Bed side lights not working. It is on a main road so is very noisy. I doubt I’ll stay here again. Room was clean and comfortable, shower large was good water pressure.

The hotel was let down by the town and the lack of meals other than breakfast . Situated on a very busy corner of 2 main roads it is very noisy . The views from our front facing room over the Rhone was some compensation . If you are using this as a stop over to the south, don’t …

pretty descent ibis - no major complaints. however, this is the second time I've booked an French ibis on expedia and the hotel couldn't find my reservation. Last time I ended up paying twice and had a hard time getting a refund. And this time they eventually found it, but the check in was not smooth.

Good quality for IBIS. The standard of this hotel was way better than the normal IBIS I’ve stayed at and had a bit of quirkinesses to it.

Very clean, confortable and stylish modern hotel. It has all the expected standards from this brand. Near the best restaurants, just next to old town. Nice rooms with river view.

Breakfast okay but coffee very poor

hotel was in renovations, in case I knew it before I wasn't booking this hotel!!!! why I didn't had this important information once booked?!?!?!?

We were very disappointed with this hotel. Generally it was ok BUT when we arrived we discovered the bar and restaurant was completly closed for refurbishment. Surely we should have been informed of this as made made the reservation. We booked it for convenience as we had driven for 8 hours so was looking for something which had 24 hour facilities. We were quite annoyed to discover the main part of our package was completely closed down. I am going to make a claim for a refund.

Close to sightseeing places,roman ruins,river , panoromic views
