Very nice property with great ambience and ultra luxury

Top notch property and staff. The spa was amazing as well. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Location

Excellent on all levels! Exceptional facilities, large clean rooms, great range of restaurants and bars. Spa was excellent! Special shout out to Chirag the concierge who helped us with everything from shopping recommendations, finding us tailors to make exceptional wedding guest outfits with them being perfect in 24 hours & restaurant recommendation last. Our must stay place from now whenever visit Delhi.

This place is incredible. Perhaps the best room we've ever had around the world. The service is spectacular. Anything we needed, a staff member would jump to accommodate us. A special shout-out to Surjeet(?) our driver for the day who took us to the old town and escorted us through the various markets. Thanks for all the support, Surjeet! Ajay also did some driving for us and it was quite an experience to watch a Master at work. Would also like to recognize our concierge Chirag who went above and beyond. I rarely use a concierge but it seemed that on this trip, I was constantly in need of assistance. Chirag was always there to fix the issue. In fact, he continued to assist us even after we left Delhi. Thanks so much! We will only stay at the Lodhi when we are in Delhi.

Wow! What a hotel been to Delhi multiple times but will only stay here from now on! The room was just fabulous! Chirag at the property was amazing nothing was too much to make his guests happy and comfortable thank you so much for making my bday so special. Can not recommend this property enough!

This is a return trip for us. It is one of my all time favorite places to stay! What a comfortable beautiful and well designed suite. The staff from reception to turn down attention, to the hospitality persons, captains, managers, waiters, etc could not be any better! They are far more than 5 stars! I was so well cared for and wanted for nothing! Excellence beyond words.

Travel to Delhi 4-5 times per year 2 weeks per visit. Lodhi has become home base in Delhi. Rooms are large and comfortable with outdoor space. Chirag is a world class concierge and has always ensured a positive experience.

Staff members from restaurant , IRD Deepali , Vaishali , Jyoti , valets , housekeeping, from front desk Sunil , Hiteshi very good at their work. Not satisfied with the management , no special preference or facilities for long guest . Not satisfied with the management of this great property .

This is a beautiful property albeit a bit dated. The Indian Accent restaurant is on this property and worth a visit! The room was well appointed, but a bit dark and dingy. We didn't get to experience much as we slept most of the time we were there after two very long flights. We arrived in the dark and woke up in the dark. We would consider staying here again if ever in Delhi again.

best food in New Delhi , best in room dining staff , call centre ird , valets very good , very good housekeeping , good location , management not so great .

Beautiful

This is next on hotel, with excellent staff and facilities. The only troubling aspect of the hotel was the smell of sewage in the courtyard.
