Breakfast could have been better everything else was great

Clean room. Good breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff.

The confirmation said I had to do self checkin but then it told me to go inside. There’s not point in self check in if you still have to go into the hotel and check in again. Just don’t have self check or make it sound like I have to use self check in. Also whoever was at the front desk made me wait like 5 minutes while she finished whatever she was doing on the computer before she would help me. There was no one else around nor had there been the whole time I was attempting self check in from outside. So not sure what took so long. It’s also very much middle of now where town with just a row of a few hotels and fast food places. Kind of ghost town seeming at least in the dark.

Overall it was a great stay. Nice comfortable place to relax and sleep after exploring the area and looking for Tarantulas. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Only complaint was how thin the walls and floors are. Very noisy kids right above me but that’s not hotels fault…I should have requested a room on an upper floor. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Excellent complimentary breakfast. The weekend hours of starting at 7:00 made a tight schedule for our Tours but the staff’s efficiency had things usually set up a few minutes early which helped tremendously, especially for early morning tour times and those of us taking medication etc.

Property was decent for the area. Met expectations

We were welcomed to use the community space to visit with our extended family that were also staying there.

Great hotel!

The landscape around the building and parking lot are a bit scruffy and there are no sidewalks to nearby places to eat.

The only thing that was weird is there is no trash cans by the elevators like you usually have.

Room 325 has bugs and a ton of them. I called down to the front desk to ask for a manager and they sent the maintenance guy. He already had his bug spray bottle and started spraying everything. Then said to me that this is highly unusual. I will never stay in this place again and I would recommend that other not stay here too.

Small town and like all small towns in the region, it is near the train tracks. The 1am train horn/whistle was quaint but alarming…cute little town with all of the necessary services.

This property was clean and convenient for the area. The room was clean and the lobby was clean and had a lot of seating options. The breakfast was basic but able to find some waffles, cereal and pastries. Overall the property is convenient when traveling around that area.
