No elevator bad Employees excelleny

Room was clean recently painted. Property is aged. Elevator not working. We were on 4th floor smoking allowed on breeze way at pool let smoke travel up to the floors. Parking scarce because of construction. Website states 1 min walk to beach more like 5 minutes. No ocean view!! Would not stay here again.

Stayed here for 6 nights and it had everything we needed. Nothing fancy but it was perfect! Minutes of a walking distance downtown as well as easy access and parking in the lot. Pool was awesome, clean and warm! I’d come to pelican pointe again for sure! Thanks to the pelican team for the great stay.

This was perfect for our stay. Spacious and clean rooms, so close to the beach, great restaurant right next door, heated pool - everything we needed for a quick get away from the north.

Nice place for price

There was nothing to dislike about this property. They were still going through renovations after the hurricane last year and making improvements. I loved this property and will definitely stay there again.

I took into account the hotel is still rebuilding from the hurricane and so there is still some ongoing construction. For the price and location, this can’t be beat. Quick walk to the beach and shopping. Off street parking available. I visited this hotel for a quick trip with my 14-year-old twin daughters and felt safe. There could be better lighting in the stairwell as there was none and that made it a bit risky and unsafe. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would visit again.

Cute place, but under construction and loud music at night.

Great value for the price. Our room was very clean. Nice to have free parking. Restaurants within walking distance. Beach about 1 block walk. Pool was great and heated. Will definitely be back.

Property is in the process of recovering from hurricane damage, no elevator, laundry room and repairs to several rooms underway.

It was a bit disappointing that there was no elevator due to the damage to the horicane, but everything was close by so it was very convenient. The staff were also really friendly and nice.

Near beach - I have stayed there 5 or 6 times over last several years- and will do again -this time they are still recovering from hurricane damage, but it is coming back to better than ever

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

We recently stayed at Pelican Point for 3 nights and found it to be an affordable and pleasant place for our group of 5. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed, including 2 queen beds and a sofa couch that can be made larger, a small kitchen, and a fridge. The area was quiet and the staff were great. Although we didn't use the pool due to windy and cold weather, the location is unbeatable. It's just a one-minute walk to the most beautiful and long beach. Plus, a ten-minute walk along the beach takes you to the popular Pier 60. Overall, it was a great stay, and we highly recommend it!

Room 227 had cockroaches. We squished five in our room during our stay. Hopefully, they are not returning home with us or the hotel will be receiving the extermination bill.
