The hotel was ok, about what we expected for the price. Staff was friendly enough. Upon checking in, on a Thursday, we were told the elevator would be out “ until tomorrow “.Our room was on the 4 th floor, that was rough for someone with a heart condition. We inquired about the progress of the repair and were told that they were waiting for a part. We checked out the following Monday, still no repairs done. Very disappointing! Inconvenience compensation would have been nice. Even just a gift card to a restaurant would have been a nice gesture. But nothing!!
