Good very friendly and helpful staff

Appartamento di buone dimensioni, cucina attrezzata, confortevole. Area esterna non delle migliori, struttura datata, esterni della struttura da rinfrescare. Rapporto qualità/prezzo nei limiti.

The Torino Uno has awesome service. The reception staff is responsive and makes every effort to accommodate guests' requests.

It was very quiet, very clean and the staff was very helpful. I got upgraded for free.

Amazing place to be staying at. Very quiet neighbourhood with a close by small grocery store. However, that is all. Quite out of the way from the main city centre, but has a bus stop right outside the hotel. The room was exceptional, great design, lots of space, lots of shelves, great for the whole family!

At 1st checking the area it looked tucked away. The initial room given reeked of smoke from some previously smoking cigarettes. Ask for another room & was given a more refreshing room. Don't think I will stay here ever again because it was not close to the city of Turin, at 8pm no one is on the street.

Hotel is a residence Inn! Separate bedroom, kitchenet, and sitting room. Good and stable high speed internet in your rooms. Very ple sized bathrooms. Huge closet, and we had a nice view of the Italian Alps. Walking distance to Resturants and shopping!

En fait ce n'est pas une chambre mais un appartement très grand avec tout l'équipement pour faire un repas. Le lit est confortable et la salle de bain grande. Très propre et bien insonorisé. L'hôtel est dans un quartier calme et à 10mn du centre de Turin en voiture. Le petit déjeuner est dans un restaurant juste à côté. Le choix est minimaliste mais correct.

Séjour agréable. Chambres très spacieuses, très propre avec tout le confort souhaitable. C'est la deuxième fois que nous choisissons cet hôtel et ce n'est surement pas la dernière fois.

Very friendly staff, nice big room with kitchen and everything you need, comfortable bed. Aircondition works well.

Nous avons trouvé sensationnel de pouvoir profitez de la salle de sport ainsi que du jacuzzi quand nous le désirions, pouvoir également partir un peu plus tard que l'heure prévue. La propreté est irréprochable ainsi que l'acceuil. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement. Cependant le petit déjeuner est à revoir…. décue.

Il residence è buono, pulito e il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Il personale è gentile ed accogliente. Nessun problema.

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione del nostro anniversario. Siccome avevamo una torta e una bottiglia di vino ho deciso di prenotare una suite prevista cucina abitabile. Fin qui tutto bene, peccato che nella camera ci sia scritto che le pulizie della cucina non sono comprese e chiedono di lasciare la cucina pulita..senza però lasciare detersivi o panni per asciugare le stoviglie. Per di più neanche l'ombra di sacchetti per la spazzatura, neanche in bagno. Bagno con vasca idromassaggio si, ma non pensate di potervi rilassare insieme perché la vasca è per una persona. Per concludere, ci viene detto di lasciare la camera per le 12 (anche se nella mail mi avevano scritto 12:30) ma alle 9 qualcuno si prende la libertà di entrare senza nemmeno bussare o suonare. Per il resto okay, anche se nel complesso poteva andare meglio visto che abbiamo pagato 101€.
