We attend here for the trade show. To be honest you can just stay in Paris and take the train. The restaurant is friendly and food is good but limited serving staff. The rooms are sparse and the noise travels through the halls at night. Huge gaps beneath the door so sound carries and disturbs sleep.

Great location for the exhibition centre, the riom was basic but comfortable and clean, breakfast was ok parking was safe and secure

Hotel was close to Rer b train line from CDG airport. It was the first train station from the airport. Very convenient for train ride from airport. On the train ride back to CDG the price is 13€ which is only a few kilometres (it appears there’s a surcharge for train ride to the airport) from this hotel to the center of Paris is only €2.5. We took an Uber back to the airport because it was cheaper and more convenient than the train.

I ended up doing house keeping at your hotel by absorbing the water spilling on the bathroom floor because of the leaky shower door. Staff were terrible and not helpful. Will not stay again

This hotel is one stop away from Charles de Gaulle airport so very convenient. The staff were helpful, although they expect you to pay for water, no tap water available in the restaurant.

Hotel is right beside the metro line, convenient but noisy. Restaurant was closed on Friday-Sunday. Hotel is in a office park so on weekends a majority of the restaurants are closed, had to walk 15-20min to find a open one. Breakfast was good.

Easy access to airport. Fast check in and out.

Overall, it’s just average but clean and nice friendly staff.

Returant made several patrons feel to be a massive inconvenience.. even though I pre-booked dinner, I was sat down and not attended to for 20 minutes. I have to go order at the reception in the end. Room was ok, but for this price point I expect MUCH MORE. The fire alarms went off at 7am, no feedback or explaining. Which is scary. I will never stay here again. Way better options close by for same or cheaper price

Very good stay. Young ladies Meira and Pascale were great and helpful. Hotel is 3 to 4 minute walk to RER station that gets you into Paris. It is also only two stops away from CDG airport which is 5 to 7 minute ride…super convenient. Not much around the hotel because it’s more of a business area but who cares as you spend your day in Paris anyway. Hotel itself is nice inside.

The recreation area on the ground floor was nice. $10 per day parking fee was too much, should be free parking for guest.

Friendliest staff throughout our 8 -day business trip in Paris! From the busy front desk double-duty as bartenders, to the hard working dinner and breakfast staff, these hard working people were literally running to accommodate us and other guests as we poured in from the Maison tradeshow. Everyone was attentive to our needs and VERY friendly! I never write reviews, but had to say THANK YOU. We even learned some of their names we were so blown away by the service--but would botch the spelling and don't want to leave anyone out, so we will not name names. Everyone was amazing!

Every thing is perfect except the oder in my room was so bad. The smell is from sewer system and cause my whole room smell very bad. It was like your room just right above it. I have to open my window and room for 10 mins. I have to take a quick shower and then use 2 wet bath towels cover the drain. I did try 1 wet bath towel to cover it which I found it doesn’t stop the smell.

Good - beds were comfy. Really good breakfast. Staff were good. Secure parking. Close to RER. Bad - room was cramped, tired and tatty. The AC was broken. Rate did not reflect the expected condition.

The breakfas was good and the staff really gentle and accommodating. The one thing I really didn't like was that the room smelled, slightly, like sewer... there were some construction work going at the time, so I wonder if that was related... but it was still unpleasant.

This is a value hotel which has great transport links (next to RER) and is perfect for convenient, clean sleeping. Hotel is undergoing refurbishment in the central area but despite our initial concerns the work caused us no issues. Rooms were basic but clean and convenient, staff were all polite and helpful.

The place was under renovations and it was hard to find from the airport

Location is excellent. But they are under very needed renovation. Not much fantasy for breakfast.
