Everything from check-in to check-out for our 4 night stay was easy. The courtesy breakfast was delicious, hot coffee was available throughout the day. The high chairs for our baby were clean and readily available. Bathroom was in great shape. There was no moldy, over humid smell happening in the hallways or room. I will stay here again!

Clean rooms but very close to I 10 with its noice

Dont like that there's a business across the street that has constant thumping of music. They have no breakfast in the a.m. But rooms are clean and its a pleasant stay.

Nice and accommodating people

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very adequate. And the room was very clean.

Limited dining options nearby but staff was helpful in this regard. It would be further helpful to have a prepared restaurant handout. As it turned out we drove about five miles to the Riverside restaurant in downtown Beaumont & had probably the best dinner we've had in five years. Expensive tho for being on the road.

Comfortable room and a very nice hot breakfast. Its a bit noisy with the traffic so close but not terrible

The receptionist was taking another call and he never looked up and acknowledged that we were waiting to check in! Needs better training and learn to speak in a voice that can be heard! He did apologize when he finally got off the phone!

This was a late night stop and the gentleman was amazing.
