Property manager was awesome. EVERYONE SHOULD BE AWAKE OF THE " RESORT CHARGE"

Having to pay a third party resort fee.

Something for everyone. Nice pools, and outdoor activities. I enjoyed the live music and pool open late. The folks at the front counter were superb!

Great beach access, friendly staff, reasonably priced , nice beach bar and volleyball court. Pool still under repair from the hurricane but ocean right there.

We love visiting this property! It's been a few years since we stayed, mostly due to Covid, and higher prices, but you didn't disappoint us! Still a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. We personally like the Bay Side rooms, with the large docks just outside your room. Being pet friendly was a plus for us, as well as the swimming pool and that view!! The beach is directly across the street, as are restaurants.l

This was a perfect location for parents moving their children into Eckerd.

Rooms were very adequate with full kitchen and queen bed and pull out sleeping couch for guests. The resort was on the intercoastal waterway with docks,boat slips and nice tiki huts with shade and picnic tables. Nice view out back with a constant breeze blowing.Also was pet friendly with doggy areas.

Shower didn’t get hot. Beds were hard and not comfy. People staying at the property did whatever they wanted there were window screens blocking the stairways up to our rooms and never saw one employee.

Patking lot was very small. Did not know this property was more like a Motel. It was very small but clean and the deck over the pier was great. We stayed just 1 night.

Great two bedroom suite. Nice sitting area with the grill by the waterfront and small marina. Across the street is beautiful St Pete beach. Reception crew is one of the best I ever met. Thanks Tyrel, Anna, Tanner and Ray. Super fun, friendly, professional and efficient.

Everything was great except our double bed room. It's a little to small for a family but me made the best of it.

Awesome room. Loved sitting on the deck facing the canal every evening after long day at the beach. Staff are wonderful and extremely helpful.

My family and I loved this place! We had a 2 BR condo and it was perfect. Literally 1 min to the beach, 3 min to the office. There are 3 diff resorts, the office being the main one, offered free beer/wine… big volleyball area games and more! Our resort had a heated pool and a place to fish off their dock. Full kitchen, minus a oven but there are grills to use and plenty of places to sit and relax. We even seen the manatees come in one afternoon! The staff was excellent, the front office gals… great!! We were set on going to Clearwater but, after reading so many great reviews, we went with Bay Palm! If we ever come back, we would def stay here again. Walgreens (walking) 2 min away, Chick-fil-A (walking) 4 min away. Grocery store, coffee, dollar tree all within 5 min walking! Overall, great place, a little older but I would take this place again and again!! My ONLY complaint, our bed was a little noisy so if you moved it squeaked! So if your a light sleeper, check first!! If that is my only complaint, that’s saying something!! I hope people take my review seriously cause we had a great stay! Also, the staff texts you daily to check in, that is awesome!!!

Right by a Main Street, very cheap soap. Old towels. Toilet not flushing , unable to regulate the shower temperature, the turning knob was loose, the fan from ac ran all night . Ac units on the roof , would vibrate the whole house. At $300 per night one expect different conditions.

Close to beach and comfortable with an old fashioned feel. Convenient, kitchen area was nice.

We loved our stay! We are walking wanderers so this spot was very centralized and easy walk in either direction to any bar or restaurant, or just a short drive to anything 2 miles north or south. It was great to have access to the bigger pool at the plaza and beach access with our wristbands. It was a great room and perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again!

We had to stay overnight before a road trip and this was a fun location for myself and my husband. It had everything we needed in a hotel. Loved the quirky artwork!
