The hotel staff was nice. We have stayed there before. One of the employees remembered us. The location is perfect for us. The hotel was not too big.

I was not expecting a lot but it was a great stay. It was clean, safe and the breakfast was good.

Stay was good. Staff is friendly. Property is old and dated in appearance in and out. Room layout of Standard King is not functional. Very large closet is other end of room from bath. King bed was only about 12-14” clearance from HVAC unit. Would be hard for average size person to navigate especially in the dark. Sheers were missing and valance box gone with only the top board remaining. Thankfully, bed was newer and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Sink faucet hot/cold backwards, perhaps cartridge inserted incorrectly. Lori, the breakfast hostess, is incredibly nice and served us even though we were 5-10 minutes past closing. Our mistake for not knowing it closes at 9:30. Love HI Express so hope this one is brought up to level of most I have stayed in.

Ok not great

The suite was very spacious and large enough to accommodate all six of us! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and this was a convenient location for us on our trip to visit HersheyPark. Everything was clean and well stocked for us, and checking in and out was nice and easy. I would stay here again!

Did not like the parking lot over crowded with car enthusiasts. I could not find a parking spot. People had lawn chairs all over the parking lot and even the outside the front desk. Very unprofessional!

The snacks for sale area was almost empty. Not much selection.

Just one night stopover..

The staff were very accommodating when we had to cut short our trip. The breakfast service was wonderful: lots of options! We did have to call down for more tp when ours ran out.

The room was very nice but there were a couple odd things. The phone cord was broken. The light in the bathroom was really hard to turn on.
