We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Sheryl at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and made check-in easy. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I'd also like to recognize Sherly, the breakfast attendant, who was absolutely amazing. She kept the breakfast area spotless, well-stocked, and greeted everyone with a warm smile. She even gave my children freshly baked muffins, which completely made their day and was such a thoughtful, kind gesture that we won't forget. Both Sheryl and Sherly provided exceptional customer service and made our stay truly memorable. Their kindness and genuine care made all the difference. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Top Notch. I see other people complaining about the rate - but iits hands down worth it after experiencing another well rated hotel in town that is slightly less - it was old and unkept. This one is top notch, clean, comfortable and great service. the BEST hotel in Chetwynd. Sheryll at front desk went OUT OF HER WAY to help me and so pleasantly ! thank you

Old and dated but the bed was comfy and the staff were pleasant. Reservation through somewhere in the USA and very difficult to deal with. Was sketchy about making the reservation fast as the rooms we almost sold out, stating there was a medical convention in town. Would not let me contact the hotel directly. Overall, the hotel was a 5/10, which in a small town is ok, but with having to deal with reservations, it would be far easier to just pick another hotel.

I've tried to call to modify my group reservation. If you press 2 "modify existing reservation" the AI assistant informs you that only new reservations can be made at that number then hangs up on you. Their AI assistant is useless. Keeps asking the same questions. If you press one, they transfer you to another AI assistant. Then you get put on hold. I waited 52 minutes and gave up. I will just cancel the 14 rooms I have reserved and book somewhere else. Terrible customer service.

I really like The Pomeroy Hotel. Very clean, staff very friendly, breakfast had a very nice selection. I would recommend to stay .
