The hotel has apparently undergone renovation in the recent past, but the room is somewhat shabby. The quality of food in the restaurant is very high, although the prices are on the higher side. Breakfast is excellent. A very nice bonus in the form of a small fitness center, swimming pool, and relatively spacious sauna.

Clean. Bathroom was small. Overall I was satisfied.

Room rather too warm and a building site next to the hotel. But apart from those 2 things it was a very good hotel.

On my visit to Norway I looked for a property close to where I was working. As a keen golfer I noticed the property advertised an on site golf course and driving range. This was the main reason I booked this hotel. I paid extra to fly my clubs over. To my surprise on arrival there was not a golf course in site or driving range. When I enquired about the facility’s I was told the nearest course was over 20 minutes away. This was really disappointing. The property didn’t have an electric charge point either. This has really put me off using hotels.com again now as I don’t know what to expect from the advertised rooms. The room didn’t look anything like the advertised room and it definitely wasn’t a queen bed. The room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and the room was very basic and not what I was expecting for the price I paid.

Reception staff continually lying to me regarding all the problems that I had. Room description was nothing like the room I paid for. The rooms were dirty. The towels were not changed. The bins were not emptied. Room keycards kept on failing. Breakfast food was warm to cold. The bedding was not changed regularly. No water. No tea. Plastic cups.

Ikke noe å sette fingeren på, litt slitt…

Helt ok rum och sköna sängar. Poolen var igång och barnen älskade den. Vi mellanlandade en natt påväg till Trysil. Dock skulle vi äta i restaurangen och det var säkert en väldigt fin restaurang, för priset var högt och de hade inte mycket att välja bland. Ingen barnmeny, men de få rätterna som fanns på menyn kunde göras till barnportioner. Vi var ett stort gäng som inte bokat bord, men när vi kom dit så var restaurangen tom och vi fick veta att vi skulle få vänta ca 1 timma på maten. Det gick inte för sig med barnen, så vi åt på ett annat ställe istället. Utcheckning funkade fint. Jag kan tänka mig bo här igen för en övernattning men kanske inte mer än så.

Meget bra frukost! God parkering med elbilladere. Fint svømmebasseng og badstue. Rommet kunne trengt en oppussing. Ekstremt trangt bad.

Veldig koselig hotell. Flott svømmebasseng. For lav temperatur på hotellrom og bad. Kjølig rett og slett.

Overraskende positivt . Her kommer jeg til å bo igjen. Super frokost .
