Lovely stay

Great bar and restaurant for evening meal. Easy check in but over priced breakfast.

This Hotel is ideal for a weekend away or over night stay, staff very polite and helpful, rooms are very comfortable and plenty of room, shower excellent, Breakfast plenty of choice, a good atmosphere great for watching football, drink prices competitive and plenty of parking.

Upon checking in, the girl was so lovely, professional and helpful. Hotel room was nice, outside there was building work, but it didnt impact inside. The guy working in Starbucks inside was really bubbly.

Super friendly and helpful staff. One girl I think with cool purple highlights was so kind and thoughtful, she left a little treat on our pillows for us) overall, a lovely stay. Will come again!

Excellent accommodation and facilities. Evrywhere was clean, rooms were a good size and the pool area was excellent. Bar was good with live sports on. Breakfast was a little disappointing for the cost.

Stayed 2 nights. Really good hotel. Excellent facilities. Lovely breakfast. Nice rooms. The only negative comment is we had very noisy neighbours on our first night who had people in their room and played loud music from 12.30am until 2.30am which was not what you want for a weekend away. Otherwise would recommend.

Our room was not clean and the bathroom needed cleaning. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful. We would stay again if the cleanliness gets better but did enjoy the rest of the hotel.

Just an overnight stay whilst at an event nearby - bed was very comfy and room had an opening window!

Warm greeting. Nice welcoming hotel with many amenities. 1st night’s original room had a challenging setup and a bathroom that didn’t meet expectations with a tiny tub that made showers uncomfortable and unwelcome. I asked for the possibility of a new room with a walk-in shower and was given a much improved room with a much improved bathroom for the next 2 days and nights. This made the visit significantly better. Great restaurant and pub onsite was a pleasant surprise with great service, staff, food and reasonable prices. Special thanks to the woman at front desk who arranged the upgrade of room and the housekeeper staff and especially Ella who went beyond providing needed room supplies and cleaning with a happy demeanor.

Excellent hotel everything was lovely and hope to visit again in the future

Amenities, jacuzzi was to hot and the chlorine stung my eyes only lasted 5 mins terrible experience.

Room was nice and food was good and brilliant value

The venue was really nice with a coffee shop on site and cinema in the bar for the kids i thought was a really good ideaa rwall
