The location is very strategic, exactly behind countdown supermarket and central mall, and walking distance to Eat Street. The room is clean, the spa tub is very relaxing, the kitchen is full equipped. The girl in receptionist is very helpful, when we checked in she explained about interesting place in Rotorua and giving some maps/brochures, and she accompany us to our room to explained some details about the room. Very recommended.
