Everyone is very nice, however the place looks outdated, dirty, and t.v is small and bad reception. The room smelled like mold.

The lady who checked us in, people staying there, the cleaners, the kitchen staff, everyone was so nice and friendly. I would definitely stay again!

They need to change the mattress. I had to sleep side ways. They need new carpet in hallways and airfreshers in rooms and in all hotel.

Employees were great and hotel was clean

A great place to stay! They have a good breakfast selection to choose from, but they are a little pricey.

The room was clean, the linens fresh. I was very glad for its location just off the freeway.

Old mattresses: old shower head, bathroom water damage around tub, over mirror light burned out, hall carpeting stained and dirty, and shabby room furniture. Desperately in need of update and remodel. Bathroom mirror broken. High price for poor accommodations.

The treadmills did not work and no towels in workout room. No towels in the pool area. They did have hot water in the shower which was great. Hotels with lukewarm water should be shutdown.

Had an old smell.

This was a very nice place for a good nice sleep. We were just passing through from Northern Illinois to Houston Texas.

Two Holiday Inns located across from each other; a Convention Center and an Express. I went to the wrong one first as that one stood out more and found there were another 2 or 3 persons that were in line with me at the first one that showed up at the 2nd location (Express).

The staff was amazing. Everything was clean and well kept. The TVs in the suite was out of date. The breakfast bar was sub standard. When you have a permanent sign dor your out of order pancake machine, that says something. I was there 5 days total. Only one breakfast was good.

Went to check in and the room I reserved was already given to another guest. Couldn’t give me a discount because I booked through Expedia. Would never book through Expedia again.

Staff is Great, always supportive. The room was excellent!

A nice hotel. Recommended.
