The minute we walked in my wife tried to close the bathroom door and a piece of metal fell on her head. They gave us another room. Other than that, everything else was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room they gave us was comfortable enough.

Morning staff is fine, night staff is terrible and rude. Multiple issues around poor state of of the building including leakages, fire alarm went off randomly during the stay

I cannot recommend the staff more highly: they dealt with a difficult issue relating to other guests in an outstanding manner that could have impacted negatively on my stay. Such friendly professionalism, in my experience of travel and I travel a great deal, is so needed!

Perfect place for staying halfway between the south of France and Paris. It’s a gated hotel located right off of the freeway in a commercial/industrial area. Felt very safe, clean and updated and all for a really cheap price! Out of the 13 hotels of my trip this had the best shower. Really appreciated the free secure parking and great wifi too. Double check your GPS location when finding this place though.. My gps misdirected me twice into some sketchy parts of Lyon.

Convienient overnight stay with good breakfast

We were delayed getting across the alps, so had to call ahead to arrange a late check in and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. After reception closed at 11pm, they left the key in an envelope for us and provided us with the codes necessary to park and access the hotel lobby. Our room was small, but super-smart, stylish and clean and the breakfast in the stylishly designed dining room the next morning was great.

Had a fantastic night here in Lyon. Good parking, friendly staff and in a modern, clean room. Would definitely go back.

Hotel very tired and in need of refurbishment. Reception staff very unhelpful, gave the impression that they didn't want to be there. There are plenty of other hotels close by, do yourself a favor and check into one of these.

Convenient, priced right and clean. The only drawback is the tiny rooms as common in France and a very small bathroom. Lobby very nice and clean. Staff extremely helpful. Free parking a plus in Lyon!
