The room is very clean, the breakfast is good, the staff takes good care of everyone. Very good location It is the best view of the sea. If you have a chance to come to Pattaya, you will definitely stay here again.

1. The room looks asymmetrical. The bed should be bigger than the bathroom, which looks larger than the bathroom. The bathtub doesn't have, then why would make the bathroom too big? 2. Breakfast is not interesting. If full 10, give 5 points. Will buy more, 500 baht per head

We chose Holiday Inn because wherever the location would be satisfying. This is my fourth time visiting Pattaya, but at this hotel I feel most comfortable. All rooms have a beach view. Swimming pool suitable for families. For small children there is a kids club. Coincidentally my child and mother had a birthday, thanks to the hotel who gave a surprise cake.

Check in very slowly Staff will be able to check in at least from 13:00 to 14:00.

It was awesome, big lobby, spacious rooms, clean hotel, various breakfast, stunning beach view, close to beach, also nearby you have 2 malls around. Minimarkets everywhere. Perfect !!

Nice atmosphere, clean and tidy room. Fair breakfast but I can enjoy eating with pool & sea view. One point that needs to be improved is room details in booking page. I selected deluxe room as it includes 'ocean view' in room type while I ignored non-smoking ocean view room because it shows 'partial ocean view'. I wanted to get a full ocean view room but I could not since I focused on room type rather than room name. Do make it clear or front desk staff should accommodate more.

Location is very good. The room is awesome and we fall in love at first sight. Helpful staff. Everything went well. I will come back again.
