Friendly staff. Clean room. Uncomfortable pillows

The bathroom was the highlight as iI had an injury and the staff put me in an hp room. The shower was huge. Good selection at breakfast. Quiet hotel despite a large group of concert goers and kids. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Excellent breakfast, very close to the shopping mall

The hotel is nice, desk staff is friendly, accommodating and efficient. Dining room and staff deserves gold stars. Housekeeping could be better. Shared the way the maid, made the bed and she threw fresh plastic cups on the bathroom counter.

Great value. Check in and check out was simple. Love the fact that the breakfast was included and that they had coffee 24/7. I also enjoyed the pool and whirlpool.

The staff was so friendly and relaxed. Fun games and nice drink station in the lobby. The breakfast staff were so kind in finding something nut/tree nut free for my son. Very clean. Thank you!

Was a very fine stay. Staff was wonderful

The ventilation system in the pool area fell from the ceiling while our children were swimming. They could have been severely injured or killed. The wires were rusted out, that’s why it fell, clearly there were safety checks being neglected. They did not ask if anyone was ok or injured. Just stated everyone out and pool was closed. Not handled well.

Stayed for a basketball tournament, breakfast was nice!

The staff, particularly Liz at the front desk, we so helpful and accommodating. I was grateful for their kindness.

They were out of the size room i had booked so they gave me a 2nd room for FREE. I didn’t even say anything or ask, they just offered it. Very friendly and accomodating staff and really clean hotel
